This practice is for when you feel frustrated with the state of the world, or even with yourself. When we remember that we are all one, then we can remember the compassion, gratitude, and healing that comes with this. Contains sound healing frequencies on flute to tune into the Earth through our sense of oneness.

Make yourself comfortable.

Give yourself permission to be here now.

Grant yourself this time.

Allow your body to soften with your breath.

I invite you to hold hands with the earth.

When you are ready,

Hold your hands to the earth,

The ground you sit or lie on,

Or hold hands with the air around you.

Feel the connection you have with the earth.

Feel it through the palms of your hands.

Feel the connection all the way to your fingertips.

Feel the contact of the skin of your arms with the air.

Feel the connection to the air and the earth with your chest,

Belly and back.

Feel the connection to the earth and air with your legs,

Feet and toes.

Feel the connection your heart has with the earth as it beats hand in hand with the natural vibrations of the earth.

Take a breath in unison with the earth and breathe out compassion to the earth.

Compassion for the people.

Take a breath in unison with the earth and breathe out gratitude to the earth.

Gratitude for the people.

Take a breath in unison with the earth and breathe out peace to the earth.

Peace for the people.

Take a breath in unison with the earth and breathe out a sense of healing to the earth.

Healing for the people.

You are surrounded by compassion,

Gratitude and peace.

And in this special moment you are receiving healing with this.

As you continue to feel this sense of connection and harmony bring a sense of awareness back to your hands to their physical connection to the earth.

Bring your awareness back to your feet and their physical connection to the earth.

Gently rub your fingers together,

Rub your toes together.

Allow your hands to physically move over your body spreading compassion,

Gratitude,

Peace and healing.

When you are ready open your eyes and remind yourself of the sense of oneness you have with the earth and its people.

Take some time to bask in this feeling as the music fades out.
