I used to think of an anchor as something that weighs you down or holds you in place, because sailors use anchors to hold the ship in place. However, climbers use anchors to pull themselves up to a higher place. Isn't that a great mental image and reframe for anchoring your soul?

Wouldn't it be best to rerecord when there are two "hiccups." Not sure what she's doing in this category anyway. I'm used to hearing Buddhist, Hindu, and East Asian influenced chants and mantras. Her voice is quite pleasant however.
