And thank you for coming to sit with me.
As you relax into your space,
We're going to be tuning into your authentic voice,
And the truth you are here to share with those whose lives you touch.
So just arriving here,
Consciously setting the intention to be present and attentive to your deepest self,
And the truth that is ready to surface for you today.
Taking a few slow,
Deep breaths,
Becoming softly aware of any sounds you hear,
Wind in the air,
Voices nearby,
Traffic humming outside,
Or perhaps the simple stillness around you.
Just noticing.
And now feeling the ground beneath you,
Supporting you,
And your body's connection with the earth,
The space widening around your skin,
And feeling the gratitude you have for being here,
And gently turning your attention inward into your inner world.
You are here to shine your light,
To share your voice,
To make your impact,
To be your most wild and limitless you.
This world can generate static interference,
Other people's thoughts,
Ideas,
Opinions,
Perhaps words said to you when young,
And at times you may have received judgment without question,
Absorbing messages that do not serve you and yet that became embedded in your being,
Splintering you,
Separating you from your own essential nature.
These messages can be as a great wind whirling around your heart,
Shrouding your inner light,
But no wind can blow away the truth of who you are.
Your inner light burns so brightly that it shines even through the fog of insecurities,
Worries,
Fears.
So just allowing those layers to soften,
To loosen,
To fall away,
Dropping down into the core of the earth.
Nothing is wasted.
Returning to the soil they will support new life,
The you you are blossoming into.
Feel them falling away.
As they do,
Beginning to imagine,
Sense,
And feel the divine light shining in their hearts,
Falling in the caverns of your heart,
Noticing its color,
Its brightness,
Its warmth,
Perfectly,
Uniquely you.
You have been on an incredible journey,
The road you've traveled,
How you've grown,
The moments that shaped you,
Tested you,
The lessons you've learned,
The truth you've witnessed and come to know in the quiet places of your heart.
And as you reflect on your journey,
Becoming aware of the quiet presence of your past you,
The you who stood at the start of your journey before you had received your truth.
What are the words on your heart for this you?
The truth you wish you had known.
According to this early you,
You would say,
Trust yourself.
You can stop running.
You are exactly as you are meant to be.
The dreams stirring in your heart are there for a reason.
What truth will you give your younger self?
What did you need to hear to remain true to your most sacred you?
What truth did you not understand or see clearly about yourself?
Your compassion for others,
Your courage to act,
Your resilience to overcome heartache,
Your adventurous spirit calling you forward,
These have always been yours.
They are still yours.
And now sitting in the truth of who you are and what is true for you,
Just allowing your inner light to grow,
To expand,
To fill and spill over your edges.
What else is true for you?
What else does your heart yearn to say?
Allowing this inner light to reach its full luminance,
Becoming infused into every precious part of you that expresses your truth,
Your tongue that speaks,
Your hands that create,
Your eyes showing what you feel.
And now becoming still,
Beginning to hear the rush of the ocean nearby,
Your ocean nearby,
The waves crashing on the shore,
Rolling back out into the sea,
Rushing in and rushing out,
The wind brushing your skin,
The grass swaying in the breeze,
Seagulls soaring overhead,
The unending blue-green depths reaching out to touch your toes and back out to the sea,
Telling its steady ebb and flow,
Just as you ebb and flow.
And noticing a message in a bottle resting in the sand,
Picking it up and knowing in your heart that this is a message from your highest self,
The one who knows all that you will feel and do in this precious life,
Sent back through the ocean of time to reach you here in this moment,
With the truth you need to hear now,
What truth is surfacing for you.
Maybe at first there are no words,
Just a feeling,
That's okay.
Allow your truth to surface.
In your heart,
To receive it.
You are here in this world to live,
To shine,
To share your magic,
To sing your song that only you can sing.
The wound you feel and heal within you is one you will help to heal in the world around you with your truth.
You are ready.
Your voice is needed.
You may not always witness the moment it reaches those who need to hear it,
But trust and know that sharing your truth brings more truth into the world.
When you are ready,
Allowing your ocean to recede back into your center,
Always there for you,
Untroubled,
Eternal,
And gently returning to yourself,
Easing back into your body,
Back into this space,
Sensing the air on your skin,
Hearing the sounds in the room,
Becoming awake to the breath in your lungs,
One hand on your heart,
Giving thanks and gratitude to your highest self for guiding you to this moment,
To reunite you with you.
