Hello beautiful soul and welcome back to seven days of stillness.
It's day two and our theme is the breath as a doorway.
Allow your eyes to gently close,
Receiving a low belly breath in,
Settle into your body and as you exhale settle your body into your seat.
Another low belly breath and allow this breath to lengthen your spine,
Settle into a posture of dignity and peace,
Allowing yourself to breathe naturally,
Turn your full attention to your breath.
Notice where it enters through the air and follow it as it travels down to the chest into the belly and with your awareness follow it between the inhale and exhale.
That sliver of silence between one breath and the next,
Rest there even if only for a fraction of a second.
Rest in the space in between where there is no doing,
Only being.
The breath is the most accessible doorway you have,
It's always here,
It never leaves and every time you return to it,
It returns you to yourself.
Take another breath or two here,
Returning home to yourself with gentleness and with freeing yourself from any limiting narratives or beliefs.
Allow this love to fill you until you are overflowing.
As love fills you and flows beyond you,
Offer this love to all beings everywhere,
That each one is walking a path you know not.
We are love,
Liberation and peace.
