Take a moment to center yourself as we begin our breaths going in to consciously and actively notice the environment around us shift as we step into this new higher connection to the frequency of limitless unconditional love. Start by taking your first deep breath in and notice the environment around you breathing and just letting it feel however it feels right now. There's no need to shift or focus on any particular areas just let it be feeling into it and noticing how does it feel is there anything going on and just letting it be sitting there and taking your next breath in I want you to notice as your connection to source universe begins to awaken and enlighten around you begins to lift the energy and fill it with golden white light source energy coming in and leading the way and showing you what it feels like to be in this higher self higher mind 5d limitless space feeling this new energy come through notice how it feels is it exciting enlightening joyful warm compassionate cozy however it feels to you is perfectly fine and breathe I want you to notice on this next breath in the way that this new 5d energy is circulating around you and starting to integrate within you you are becoming the new essence of this limitless unconditional love and compassion with empathy and understanding feeling how your personal energy is going to start shifting feeling how this bubble is starting to shift beautiful taking a moment to breathe into this space we're going to play and have a little bit of fun now that we have become a match for this 5d frequency I want you to find this 5d frequency inside of you and feel it and in your mind's eye I want you to emanate this and radiate the new 5d energy of unconditional love from your vessel from your mind's eye and watch as it radiates and ripples out into the environment around you sending waves of unconditional love in the spaces of your home office relationships any events or circumstances any places or plans that you have today notice as the waves of 5d unconditional love compassion connection joy understanding are about five feet in front of you they are always ahead of you so that when you step in to the place the connection with the person you have already infused it with the unconditional 5d frequency that you are and that you have become so I want you to take a breath and come back to center and know that you have now activated and are radiating out this vibrational match of 5d energy throughout your life your world your environment your reality and just have fun with it as you come back to center bringing it back to your consciousness and knowing that you get to experience this 5d energy without judgment of yourself and others it's not your responsibility however your environment receives it however the person you're connecting with receives it it is just your place to allow it to be and allow to receive it and to give it without limitations without conditions and be who you are in your fullness now beautiful and let's come back to center so we can continue the rest of our series today series today
