And this is my channeling predictions for 2023 February.
So it's going to be very important in February to collect all your inner strength to progress.
So now it's the time to start to prepare the ground for the future.
Start prepare to sow the seeds in spring for your life.
So use your time now in February to figure,
Vision,
Reflect,
Write,
Script all your dreams and wishes so they become clearer,
Stronger and much more crystallized.
And now it's also going to be very important that you a bit like close your ears because you know there's so much so many people are already talking about crisis,
Challenges.
But we already know that.
We know that you know there's coming challenges all the time.
But it's for us to take the challenges and work with them and go through them and progress in life no matter what,

And that will give you the power to put in the effort now.
So that's going to be very important now to a bit like disengage from all this kind of negative parrot talk.
Because also this time is giving you a lot of possibilities to focus on learning,

Judging people,
Saying what's right or wrong.
Because that's not going to help you in these times.
You need to expand and lift your energy,

And here it's also going to be very important in February to release past experiences when you're creating space for the new to enter your life.

We are humans and sometimes it's not about us.
There's so much happening in the world,
In this universe which we can't grasp or see.

We also need to balance that because a whole,
A holistic world contains everything.
It makes life richer when you have challenges.
Sometimes we have setbacks,
We have shadows,
We have light,
We have joy,
But that makes a life.
So we really live life from a whole space,
Not like a limited space.
And we already know that there are challenges.
We don't need to be reminded.
And we start to understand that challenges are a part of life,
That we can embrace lessons,

So now it's going to be very important in February to use the time so we are not stuck in our head,

Put together,

Cook,
Do things together with other people which are crafty and creative.
Because that takes away your focus for all the fear-based energy which we are seeing now in the world.
So use the time to paint,
Draw,
Write,
Sculpture,
And that will keep you in good energy now in February.
And write down all your dreams and desires,
Because you still have time,
There's plenty of time,
So use February to make it clearer and clearer what is really important for you.
And how you can start to set your visions and dreams and wishes in motion,

Then we also have some movements or practices which you can do now in February.
And that's for example in Qigong.
You can use your hands and put them on your kidneys.
And that's because we need to create more energy in our kidneys.
So do this simple Qigong practice.
Put your hands on your kidneys and focus on building energy.
Because when spring is coming,
You need to use,
You need to draw a lot of energy to create,
Shape and build and sow seeds for you and everyone around you.
And then also in February,
There's some yoga poses which you can make.
And that is to a bit like set energies in motion.
So there's for example the warrior pose,
Because we need to charge and take charge of our destiny,
Of our present,
Our future.
And then we also can use the pigeon pose,
Which also help set the energy in motion forward.
And it also makes us ground our visions and dreams,
So they're not merely ideas or visions.
We start to move forward by also moving the physical body,
So that we integrate all aspects of us in the process of creating a better life.
If it's possible,
I would suggest you to take a weekend or day where you work for example with movement,
Dance,
Yoga,
Qigong.
Because that will help you to set energy in motion and charge forward with your dreams.
Then it's going to be very important with self-care in February.
So it can mean like for example doing massage.
And I often see for example with people that they have blocks in their wrists.
And that's because we have a lot of creative energy,
So often we have blocks in the wrists.
So move your hands,
Massage your hands and also move your arms for example in Qigong.
So you set the energy in motion and dissolve the blocks.
Of course you can use your voice to sing and recite mantras now in February.
And one of my favorite mantras which I usually sing with my friends and their children is Shiva,

I step into my power and spotlight.
And I charge my visions,
Ideas and dreams with my passion and love.
