Many,
Many blessings and welcome to this short meditation on connecting with the Supreme,
The one,
The divine,
Making that link of love quickly,
Easily,
Any time of day.
So let's begin by softening the breath,
Relaxing,
Melting away tension.
Allow the breath to soothe you and allow each exhale to be a letting go,
A surrender,
A complete relaxation.
Becoming aware that you are surrounded in light,
In an energy field of love in the presence of the divine.
And as you breathe with each exhale,
Allow yourself to soften into this love.
S soften into this divine presence of light.
As though you are leaning back into divine arms,
Held,
Supported,
Cared for.
And in this presence,
In this love,
It is safe to let everything go.
All stress,
All tension melts away.
It is safe to let go into this love.
You are held in divine arms.
You are held in light.
You are held in divine arms.
And as you breathe,
You let go as though you are floating in an ocean of peace,
An ocean of divine light.
Connected to your spiritual beloved.
Held in arms of love,
A space of healing,
A space to let go,
A space to experience your true divine peaceful nature.
Taking off the weight of the world like you would take off a coat.
And just being light,
Just being yourself,
The soul,
The divine being that you are.
As though suspended in a timeless eternal state.
Consciousness,
Peace.
And in this space,
Your mind lets go.
Your body relaxes and you are free.
And in this space,
You are renewed,
Healed,
Recharged,
Replenished.
As you re-experience that you are held in divine love forever.
And as you breathe that in,
Allow that feeling,
That knowingness to settle into your being deep into your awareness.
You are divinely loved forever.
And allow the strength,
The power of this love to carry you,
To carry you forth in your life,
To give you strength,
Courage,
Hope,
And the power to live your most true expression here on Earth.
Wishing you every blessing on your journey,
Bringing this experience with you into the rest of your day or evening,
Into your life.
