Welcome to the streamlined practice of daily reflection for a flourishing life.
You might be recording your responses to these questions in a notebook or journal.
You might have devised a scale for responding to these questions.
Try to keep that consistent so you can track it over time if that's interesting to you.
The first question,
To what degree did you try to be happy?
If you're doing this practice in the evening you might think back over the day that just went by.
If you're doing this in the morning you might think about yesterday and maybe set an intention for today.
To what degree did you try to be happy?
The second question,
To what degree did you try to find flow or engagement?
The third question,
To what degree did you try to nurture relationships in your life?
Question four,
To what degree did you try to pursue meaning and purpose?
Question five,
To what degree did you try to achieve?
Question six,
How well did you set yourself up for a good sleep?
Question seven,
How well did you eat?
Question eight,
How well did you move?
These are all the questions for this practice and I hope that by doing this practice you've uncovered some insights about yourself or about your intentions.
Take note of those somehow.
Notice what's happening for you.
And until next time,
I'm Greg wishing you peace.
