Noticing any sensations within the body.
And tuning in to any sounds,
Sights,
Smells,
Tastes.
Feeling into being supported by the earth beneath you.
Tuning in to your natural breathing pattern.
Becoming aware of how your body moves with each breath.
Inviting some movement by placing your arms out wide.
And on your next inhale,
Place that arm on the opposite shoulder.
And on the next inhale,
Placing the other arm on the other shoulder.
Creating a cross at your chest.
Noticing any sensations.
Feeling the warmth as you place your hands on your body.
And generating love,
Compassion.
And on your next exhale,
Release your arms.
And release.
Let go of anything that you're holding on to in this moment.
And doing this movement one more time.
Releasing your hands out wide.
On the next inhale,
Putting that arm,
That hand,
On the opposite shoulder.
Breathing in and inviting the other hand to rest on the other shoulder.
Feeling into this embrace.
Feeling deep respect and love.
And when you're ready,
Open up your arms and let out a sigh.

Letting go.
And sinking into the present moment.
Gently coming back.
