Hello friend.
Before finding a comfortable position,
Take a moment to stretch.
Maybe you need to stretch your arms or your neck.
Reach up tall and lean to one side and then the other.
You may find that you might like to lie down and begin to close your eyes.
As you start to relax,
Focus on your breath.
Breathe deeply and slowly.
Do not force it,
Let it come naturally.
As you inhale,
Visualize yourself drawing in the calming energy of peace.
With every exhale,
Imagine your breath blowing any stress or tension out of your body as it floats away like a dandelion seed.
Visualize an orb of light down by your feet.
This orb is a calm,
White light.
Notice how it feels.
Is it cool?
Warm?
Does it give you some kind of tingling sensation?
However the light may feel to you,
It brings you calm,
Healing energy.
Imagine this orb of light moving from your feet up to your knees,
Relaxing every muscle that it touches.
Floating up to your hips and your lower back and your belly.
Gliding up to your chest and your heart and your shoulders.
Moving the orb of light down the length of one arm into your hand,
Relaxing every muscle.
Sliding back up over to your other shoulder and down your other arm to your hand,
Releasing any tension.
The light moves up to your neck and over your face,
Resting your eyes and your eyelids.
Your jaw releases and all of your facial muscles relax.
Take a moment to listen to your body.
Is there anywhere that you're feeling discomfort or tension?
Anywhere that was difficult to allow the relaxation from the orb of light?
Allow the orb of light to find its way back to this area.
Imagine your breath filling this area.
With every breath brings more and more relaxation and release.
When you are able to let go of this tension or discomfort,
Imagine the orb making its way back down to your feet,
Where it becomes a blanket of energy.
Allow this blanket to be pulled up around your body and wrap around you like a cocoon.
Notice the sensations that this brings you.
Feel the light and the warmth and the safety.
When you are completely covered in this blanket,
Visualize it beginning to melt and soak into your skin,
Deep into your muscles,
Into your nerves,
Down into your bones.
Giving you even more of a sense of relaxation.
Notice the shift.
Notice how it feels to be completely relaxed,
Not only in your body but also in your mind.
You deserve this relaxation.
You deserve this clarity.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Now you have absorbed all of the light and energy in the blanket becoming part of you.
You can begin to bring some movement back into your body.
Maybe placing your hands on your heart.
Thanking yourself for this time to relax.
Slowly open your eyes if they were closed.
Allow this peace to follow you through the rest of your day.
Sending endless love and divine light.
