Dear life,
Come in close,
Support me,
Let me feel the grace of you.
Seize my mind and open my heart.
Back me up and let me dare to be delighted.
Dear life,
May I feel all the ways that you've got me,
That you give to me.
May I soften and surrender.
May I not force things,
But may I dare to take right action.
On this day,
I choose to be delighted by your life.
I choose to give gratitude for the ways you back me up.
I choose to let life into me and let life out of me and let life force move through me.
I choose to be fully alive here in the land of living,
With my eyes blazing bright.
Letting myself be touched by life,
By those around me,
By the miracles of all the tiny moments,
Day after day.
Dear life.
Thank you for all you've given me.
Thank you for all the blessings I have.
Please support me.
Please may I feel your good guidance,
The way that you back me.
The way that you hold me.
Me I notice the divine support that I am given.
May I notice the way that life backs me.
May I lose my feeling of aloneness of this separate sense scurrying around.
May I feel that I'm part of this web.
May I feel the wonder of my life.
The grace of being part of you.
The grace of the life force that I have moving within me.
