Power Nap Theta Meditation (Brain Reboot)
Power Naps have been shown to boost mood, focus, and productivity. It's not always necessary to go into deep sleep however to gain the benefits of a power nap. You can gain the benefits of a power nap through what we call 'relaxed wakefulness'. If you wish to fall asleep, however, you can of course do so. An alarm will begin to fade three minutes before the end of the track. The session begins with rhythmic pulses from 10hz down to 4hz at the 15-minute mark. This will continue until 55 minutes when the pulses will accelerate back up to 10hz.
