Good morning and welcome to your 10-minute morning meditation.
Today we'll be engaging in a meditation designed to boost your energy and to help you find mental clarity for a productive day.
Find a comfortable seated position with your spine straight and your hands resting gently on your lap.
Close your eyes and let's begin.
Start by bringing your awareness to your breath.
Take a deep inhale through your nose feeling your abdomen fully expand.
Hold the breath for a moment then exhale slowly through your mouth letting go of any tension or distractions and continue to breathe deeply and evenly.
With each inhale imagine drawing in fresh energy.
With each exhale release any fatigue or clutter that's in your mind.
As you breathe silently repeat,
I am filled with vibrant energy.

With each inhale visualize a bright light filling you with vitality.
With each exhale release any lingering tiredness.
Now shift your focus to the sensations in your body.
Notice how your body feels against the seat and how the floor supports you.
Allow yourself to be fully present here.
As you maintain this awareness observe any areas where you may be holding tension.
Breathe into those areas allowing your breath to bring relaxation and energy.
As you breathe deeply repeat after me,
My mind is clear and focused.

With each exhale let go of any mental fog or distractions.
Now visualize yourself surrounded by a bright invigorating light.
This light represents pure energy and clarity.
Visualize this light and see it flowing through you awakening every part of your being.
Imagine this light energizing your entire body and sharpening your mind.
As it flows from the top of your head to your feet feel the warmth and power of this light knowing that it's renewing your spirit and preparing you for a productive day ahead.
During this visualization affirm silently to yourself,
I am ready to embrace the day with clarity and purpose.

With each breath embrace the feeling of readiness and purpose.
Let go of any remaining doubts or hesitations.
Now gently bring your focus back to your breath.
Notice the rhythm of your breathing and the sense of energy it provides.
Take a few more deep cleansing breaths feeling refreshed and alert.
As you complete this practice repeat after me,

With each inhale feel the strength and the capability within you.
With each exhale release any lingering stress or uncertainty.
Now slowly bring your awareness back to the present moment.
Begin to gently wiggle your fingers and your toes and when you feel ready open your eyes.
Take a moment to notice how you feel and acknowledge the energy and clarity you have.
You have cultivated this within the practice today.
Carry this refreshed sense of purpose with you as you go about your day.
