Hello my loves,
My name is Chris and welcome back to another guided meditation.
In today's practice we'll embark on a profound journey with the Tree of Life experience,
Which is a sacred practice from our ICRT Animal Reiki Master Manual.
This experience is designed to help you release the weariness that comes from our human experiences,
Providing a profound gift of rest and renewal.
As you connect with the Tree of Life,
You'll find a sanctuary where your vitality and creative force are restored.
This meditation offers a space where all beings can rest,
Receive,
And replenish,
Allowing the energies of the Tree to nurture and heal you deeply.
During this meditation,
I'll lead you through the River of Life until we get to the Tree of Life.
The River of Life is a unique river in the third heaven of our consciousness that flows through a sacred mountain range and then down to us.
In this river,
The water is clear and contains all the healing frequencies you'll need at every level of your being.
You'll cross over the bridge over the River of Life to walk along its banks on a path that leads to the Tree of Life and a gathering of the Divine Animal Kingdom,
And what we call these Illumine Beings.
They'll invite you to join in saying that you belong with them,
And the Divine Animal Kingdom will encircle this Tree with light and love.
You'll be able to enter the Tree and rest in the Tree's heart and receive the Divine Light of the Earth and of Creation to restore and rejuvenate your life force.
Whenever you emerge from the Tree,
The Animals and the Illumine Beings will invite you to take your place in the Circle of Life around the Tree,
And when you join their circle,
Your light is as beautiful as theirs because you're a human being present in that circle.
That same light of love reveals itself in your own human nature.
During this time,
I'll stop talking and then you'll be able to just follow that energy and you'll be able to rest,
Receive,
And replenish.
So let's get to it.
Let's come to a comfortable position,
Maybe seated or lying down,
Whatever's comfortable for you.
Close your eyes,
Let's take a few deep breaths,
Just to relax the body.
If you breathe in through the nose,
Open the mouth,
Let it out.
Two more times,
Deep breath in,
Open the mouth,
Let it out.
Last time,
Deep breath in,
Open the mouth,
Let it out.
Allow the body to relax even more and let's place our hands maybe in prayer,
Or what we call gassho,
At heart center.
As you breathe,
You breathe in the light of Reiki,
It flows through your hands and into your heart as you receive the gift of love.
Now place your hands comfortably on your body and open up your heart to receive.
Imagine a beautiful bridge of light in front of you,
And you can see the divine animal kingdom and the illumined beings on the bridge inviting you to cross.
The spirit of earth is present as well.
You decide to cross over this bridge,
And as you move toward it,
The light from the highest heavens is shining on you and all around you.
And as you walk over the bridge,
The beautiful colors of creation fill your breath and your body,
The pure shades of reds,
The oranges,
The brilliant yellows,
The deep greens,
The blues,
The indigos,
And the violets,
They all fill your body,
Straightening your chakras.
You begin to notice there's a river of life that flows under the bridge,
Flowing down from these sacred mountains in the distance.
The sun shines on the water and the prisms of colors and sparkling light reflect into your eyes,
And they reveal the sparkling effervescent light within you.
And as you reach the other side of the bridge,
You realize that you're in the most extraordinary place.
There's amazing grace that shines on everything.
There's life that's abundant and healthy here.
There's love all around.
There's a path leading along the riverbank.
There's animals of every kind that line the riverbank,
Drinking the water.
There's beautiful plants,
Trees,
Birds,
Insects,
The water dwellers,
Even the human beings are here and also present.
You allow yourself to walk to the water's edge,
You cup your hands into the clear,
Pure living waters,
And take a nice long drink.
The river of life fills your body,
Replenishing the pure waters within you.
And as you continue on the path,
It leads you to the most beautiful tree,
The great tree of life.
The tree also drinks the river's living waters,
And its tremendous roots grow deep into the earth.
Its branches reaches to the heavens and back to the earth as the light of the highest heavens descends through them.
The divine animal kingdom and the human beings gather at the great tree,
And they encircle the tree with light and love,
And they invite you to join in their gathering.
You join them under the canopy,
Filled with abundant life and food for all the animals,
All the beings.
The tree,
The animals,
And the lumen ones,
They all welcome you to that tree,
And you join them in this gathering,
And you belong here.
And then a light shines through an opening at the base of the tree of life.
This light is no ordinary light,
It is shining through the branches from the highest heavens and down to the tree's roots.
It is the light of the divine earth.
The tree of life invites you to enter the opening in its trunk,
To enter and to rest in the tree's heart,
And to receive the divine light of creation,
To restore and to rejuvenate your life force.
Allow yourself to enter,
And as you enter you realize it's so soft and it's so beautiful inside,
And the light from above and below envelops you.
You lie down in the soft,
Nurturing earth of the tree.
The world's weariness lifts away from you,
And it's healed by the light of the divine earth.
The divine animal kingdom and the lumen beings are in a circle around the tree,
And they're filling you and the tree with love.
So you close your eyes,
You rest,
You receive,
And you replenish your body,
Your mind,
Your emotions,
Your soul,
And your spirit.
And whenever you emerge from this tree,
The animals and the lumen beings will invite you to take your place in the circle of light around the tree.
Whenever you join them in their circle,
Your light is as beautiful as theirs because you're a human being in the circle,
And that same light of love is revealed in your human nature.
The beautiful light shines on you and all around you.
So allow yourself to follow the light.
Follow the love.
Let's begin to deepen the breath.
Coming to the end of our journey here,
The end of our experience,
As we give thanks to the energy,
The lumen beings,
The divine animal kingdom,
The tree of life.
Always knowing that we can come back to this practice whenever we need,
As we begin to make our way back over this bridge of light,
Making our way back into this physical realm,
Back into the body,
As we deepen the breath,
Becoming aware of the body,
Maybe wiggling the toes,
The fingers,
Maybe rocking the head left,
Right,
Left,
Right.
We'll bring our hands to prayer at heart center.
As we take a deep breath in,
Open the mouth,
Let it out.
We'll bow our heads to the great wise teacher that resides in each and every one of us.
