When is the last time you uttered, "I can't," or "It's impossible"? In this meditation allow God's words to remind you it's possible. With God's strength you can. Allow yourself a moment to remember to lean on God when you feel like it's impossible.

When God told Moses,

I am who I am,

He declared he is capable of doing everything we need him to do.

And when God said,

Let us make human beings in our image to be like us,

He declared we are also capable to do great things.

Take a deep breath and close your eyes.

Imagine the last time you uttered,

I can't,

Or it's impossible.

Now imagine thinking of all the things God can do.

That thing you think is impossible or you can't do,

Can that?

Then you can too.

Maybe not on your own,

Not in your own strength,

Not without faith,

But with God.

You can.

Take a moment to let that thought settle in your heart.

God said,

I am who I am.

Take another deep breath and remember,

You were made in God's image.

He made you like him.

You are capable of doing great things.

As this meditation comes to a close,

Whisper the words,

I am who I am.

As you go on throughout your day today,

Remember those words.

You can do it.

It is possible.
