This meditation will help you remove blocks on the emotional, spiritual level. It is guided and will assist you in catching negative thought forms and projections, so you can feel more peaceful in life.

Hi,

Welcome.

This meditation is about removing spiritual blocks.

To get ready,

I want you to sit down with your back as straight as possible,

Your feet on the floor,

Or you are sitting on the floor.

And we're going to start with three deep breaths.

So take a breath in right now and out.

Take another breath in and out.

And take a third breath in and release.

Now as you focus on your heart center,

Imagine your heart is a beautiful golden light filled with love,

Peace,

And loving kindness for self.

When your mind wanders,

I want you to bring you back to your heart center.

We have various blocks in our life,

Blocks that can hold us back from growing spiritually.

The first set of blocks usually come from our thoughts.

So when you're thinking,

Try to think positively.

Thoughts can really affect what you create in the world.

So if you have negative,

Deprecating,

Mean-spirited,

And bad thoughts about yourself,

You must switch them.

Switch them to loving,

Positive,

Self-affirming,

And supportive thoughts.

Whenever you catch a negative thought coming up,

I want you to take a breath in and then blow it out.

And when you blow it out,

It's like you're blowing out a candle.

So if you think,

I'm not a good person,

Take a breath in.

Affirm I am a good person and blow it out.

If you have thoughts that I can't do anything right,

Take a breath in,

Pull,

And say,

I'm always on point.

If you have negative thoughts about the way you look,

I look horrible today,

Take a breath in and say,

I'm more beautiful and beautiful every day.

Our thoughts are important because our thoughts feel our actions,

Our deeds,

And our experience in the world.

So make sure you try to catch yourself with negative thoughts and start going into positive thoughts.

The next thing that really affects us is negative words towards others.

We think it has to just do with saying something mean to somebody and that they get the feeling of your negative darts.

But what comes out of our mouths will come back to us.

The words that you put out there to the world affect yourself,

Others,

And the universe.

Words are the energy from your soul that start to create in the earth plane.

So your thoughts are one aspect of creation and your words are the next step.

So make sure you say positive,

Loving,

Affirming words to yourself,

To others,

And put it out there to the universe.

The universe thrives on things that are good,

Compassionate,

Loving,

And peaceful.

So some words you may want to say is,

My life is going better.

I feel good today.

You have a wonderful smile.

Or life is worth living.

Putting these words out into the universe starts to create energy and starts to create energy that turns into form.

So if you say,

I have a wonderful life,

The universe will start orchestrating positive things in your life to happen.

If you say,

I am a good person.

I feel good about myself today.

The universe will then orchestrate that outcome.

And taking a breath in and out.

And when you say positive words to others,

People will feel that energy and they'll spread that light out into the world.

So if you say to somebody,

Man,

You seem very kind today,

Or you look great.

People feel that love and then they spread it and you become the seed of creation in the world.

Watch your words.

Watch your thoughts.

Watch what you are calling in with your words.

Your words create your world.

Be mindful.

Be present.

Be diligent,

Disciplined on what you say.

And taking a breath in and out.

Your words are very precious.

So think of them very positively and be very,

Very cautious and careful of what you're going to start in the creative process by what you say and what you say to others.

Also,

When you're removing blocks,

You're creating various deeds in the world.

We create in the world by thoughts,

Words,

And deeds.

So the deeds you do towards others are very helpful.

If you give light,

Positive affirmations,

You help somebody across the world,

You give them some resources they may need.

You support them in a time of need.

You give them a supportive smile or hug.

You are doing positive deeds in the world and the universe has nothing else to do but give those back to you.

Your deeds are your deeds in life.

It's like creating a deed.

So make sure you consciously do things that are very,

Very helpful to others,

That are very supportive,

That are deeds that are helping them and helping others and helping others around them.

Now take a breath in and out and with the deeds that you do,

Make sure you do it with a loving intention,

An open heart,

Kind mind.

If you do it with the idea of getting something back,

Then that deed that you're doing is not pure.

The intention behind it is to get something for giving something.

That's not the way true deeds from your heart happen.

You must set a deed up in your mind of just doing to be loving,

Giving,

Supportive,

And caring.

These deeds are done without thought of getting reparations or responses back.

You must think of a deed as energy in motion in the universe,

Energy that will create form for yourself,

For others,

And for the universe.

And taking a breath in and out.

So removing blocks is being very conscious of the thoughts you think,

Being very aware of the words you put out there,

And purposely creating deeds that are loving,

That are kind,

That are helpful,

And that are helping yourself and the universe.

You can remove blocks also by being open to all the things that come to you in the universe and switching them up to a positive situation,

Meaning that you trust the universe has your highest good.

You may not always be able to see it,

But if you know in your heart you will feel it,

You'll eventually get the answers to what you really want to do,

Experience,

And what will come back to you.

The universe is an energy that wants to help you grow,

Learn,

Create,

Build.

So when we align with it,

It will really open us up to higher realms.

Now take a breath in and out.

So you see very simply,

You remove your own blocks by how you perceive the world and how you create with the world through thoughts,

Words,

And deeds.

Removing blocks is to have a conscious effort to ascend your mind and soul to higher consciousness every day in every way,

Supportive of those around you and yourself.

And take another breath in and out.

You can remove blocks in your life.

You can be more focused in the present moment.

You can be more mindful of your thoughts and deeds.

You can be a person that will ascend up to a higher level of consciousness in this lifetime,

In this place.

Take a breath in and out.

And take another breath in and out.

The third breath in and release.

Thank you for being here today,

And engaging in this meditation.

Keep practicing on being centered and being in the present moment.
