Good morning.
Welcome to this short morning appreciation meditation where I will offer a journal prompt.
So although it is not mandatory as you may still be cozy in your bed,
You might want to have your journal by your side.
Wherever you may be,
Get comfortable either seated or laying down and gently close your eyes.
And take in a gentle morning breath and release.
Gently breathe in and gently release.
Easing into breathing in and breathing out.
Easing into a gentle noticing.
The more we focus on appreciation,
The more we attract more of what we appreciate into our lives.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Abraham Hicks said,
Every time you appreciate something,
Every time you praise something,
Every time you feel good about something,
You're telling the universe more of this please.
You need never make another verbal statement of this intent.
And if you're mostly in a state of appreciation,
All good things will flow to you.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Mostly,
Not 100%,
Not all the time,
Just mostly.
When you are in a state of appreciation,
You are in vibrational alignment with your true nature,
Which is love.
Breathing in and breathing out.
I invite you to rest your attention on one thing you appreciate.
It might be a cup of coffee,
It might be your heartbeat or your breath or that you know the Sun will rise even if it's a cloudy day.
I invite you to rest your attention on just one thing you appreciate.
And when you feel ready,
Turn toward your journal and write,
Today I appreciate.
And you might be surprised.
You might write,
I appreciate that I get to have a cup of coffee.
And that may lead to something else and to something else.
And before you know it,
You're noticing that you have a lot that you appreciate.
Today I appreciate.

Appreciation.
Remembering that the more you focus on appreciation,
The more you will attract more of what you appreciate into your life.
