Heart Shaped - A Poem - For The Lightworkers

What if we looked at everyone through heart-shaped lenses?

How would the world change for one and for all?

Jagged edges would soften drastically and music atmospheric,

All eyes looking up at once,

Looking towards whatever or whoever.

Heaven is,

And I believe heaven lives.

With a dog-eared copy of The Little Prince in my back pocket always,

I have dreamt this kind of utopian realm to become reality so many a time.

My heart knows how,

But it is weary of the telling over and over again.

Eyes up,

Hearts expanded,

Lifted to the skies from where they come from.

I have walked through the shadows and the valley of death and learned to be reborn.

I must admit defeat without defense.

I must admit that the ones I have loved full on in the past have not seen anything but what I have let them see.

I am embodied now,

And I cannot let those hearts go.

Before I sleep,

I name them and I put on my heart-shaped lenses.

Swiftly into dreams I go.
