Archangel Michael says these meditations are following a flow from simple and easy to more complex.
The more complex they become as the new year proceeds,
The more valuable they will be to create change for you to become the person you choose to be.
All changes are simple,
Merely the change of a thought from negative to positive.
The negative teaches you as many lessons as the positive.
Both are powerful experiences to go through.
Honor yourself for each time that you are here willingly moving forward on a path of love.
You have willingly opened your heart and minds for the archangels and the creative rays of light and the deeper work now will come with the spirit animal meditations.
I am Michael and feeling free now to make yourself comfortable with the words of Archangel Michael flowing into your mind and your heart and just allow yourself now to become aware aware of the fact that an opal light is made up of every color of the rainbow that an opal stone is made up of every color of the rainbow.
So just make yourself comfortable now either laying down or sitting down whatever feels good for you and begin by taking five breaths in deep into the belly letting the shoulders rise and with each of those five breaths letting it go with a sigh allowing your body to release any tension or stress there and breathing in once again and letting that sigh release anything that no longer serves you and continue now at your own pace as you breathe in down into the belly raising your shoulders and letting your shoulders drop gently and hearing that sigh leaving your body that's right taking all the time you need breathing in and breathing out and with each breath breathing in that feeling of the beautiful opal light and as you rest there breathing in and breathing out breathing in each breath with peace and harmony and with each breath out letting go of anything that no longer serves you and as you rest and settle there you can become aware of that space inside yourself that point of stillness within you that space that you know is the spark of the divine and just notice that feeling within you and wonder as you relax there if you can notice that breath in bringing in divine love and that breath out that breath out releasing anything anything that might be negative and with each breath in that spark of the divine that still comfortable place within you that spark is enlarging and following that breath in and almost as if the breath of love were nurturing that spark of the divine within you and as you breathe out letting any worry go now so that as you breathe in and breathe out that spark of the divine is expanding being filled with love and hope perhaps you notice where that light is coming from now as you notice a corner of the room that you are occupying right now and just allow yourself to become aware that that divine light entering the room up in the corner that light is made of every color of the rainbow an opal color of light and perhaps you notice that color entering the room in your mind's eye or perhaps you notice the light behind your eyelids or perhaps you see sense or imagine that light entering your room right now and as you rest there perhaps noticing that corner of the room perhaps at the same time you notice that archangel michael is coming into the room directing that opal light those beautiful rays of light that encompass every color of the rainbow and as you breathe in and breathe out archangel michael is coming closer and i'm asking archangel michael to clear the central core energy of everyone that is listening to this meditation right now archangel michael clearing that central core of any worry any stress any tension leaving your body and asking archangel michael to clear the energy of your aura that field of energy around you clearing tension or stress anxiety clearing anything that belongs to someone else any thoughts that are not yours anything that was holding you down and archangel michael is clearing that aura and now i'm asking archangel michael to clear the central core of the room that you are in and clearing the central core of the room that i am in and just notice that feeling of lightness now as that feeling of divine light is filling your central core and the central core of your room and now i'm asking archangel michael to clear the aura of the room that you are in and the aura of the room that i am in and just notice that feeling of oneness that feeling of hope and joy that's filling your space and filling my space right now has any negativity from the day today or the day yesterday any negativity that has been hanging on is being released right now and you find yourself feeling a peacefulness as if archangel michael were simply lifting anything negative away from you and you notice that the archangel is clearing 40 feet above you and below you in front of you and behind you and on the sides of you and even within you and now we're asking archangel raphael to put a bubble of protection around you and around me while archangel michael puts protection around that bubble and now both you and i are ready to open sacred space welcoming into the area around us our sacred spiritual team the angels,

The ascended masters and that spiritual team that we have asked to be with us during this lifetime come be with us now come be with us now and you begin to feel the comfort and the love all around you the knowing of your spiritual team right here and as you rest there becoming aware of that feeling in the room it's almost as if there's a new vibration there it's almost as if you can feel the energy in the room flowing and pulsing around through and within you and now you notice that into the room into the room is coming the ascended masters and there might be one or more of the ascended masters that you particularly connect with and as you notice that feeling the first ascended master that is entering the room is carrying a rose a rose made of light and that very first ascended master is bringing in the very first ray of light in the shape of a rose that is soft blue and the ascended master offers you the beautiful rose you lay it across your arm lay it across your arm and notice a feeling a vibration that is flowing into your body and that vibration that vibration is flowing through you and you feel perhaps a tingling as you recognize that that blue rose is changing instantly into a ray of blue light that is flowing into the cells of your body it's flowing first of all into that place and space into that spark of the divine and from there it is flowing up up into your chest and your shoulders and down to your fingertips and you notice that soft blue ray of light flowing up into your neck and your throat up into your head and you notice that that soft blue ray of light is bringing healing into every cell in your body you see it you experience it as it flows down now into every organ and into your hips thighs calves and down into your toes and that soft blue ray of light is entering every cell inside your body allowing that healing energy to flow smoothly there and you feel yourself being filled up with that healing energy and as you relax there with your entire body feeling the softness of the blue you notice another ascended master coming near to you this ascended master is handing you a soft pink rose that's right a soft pink rose and once again the ascended master hands it to you and you realize that soon you are going to have a bouquet of roses in your arms and that soft pink rose gets laid into your arms and as it's laid into your arms you feel the softness of the pink that pink light flowing into your body and as you feel that rose in your arms you see in front of you a pathway and you and the ascended master are walking along that pathway together there is a feeling of deep comfort within you and soon the two of you get to a bridge a bridge that is made of light and that bridge of light is there for you to cross and the ascended master assures you that the master is crossing the bridge with you and so you carry the blue ray of light and the pink rose of light across the bridge and as you take that final step across the bridge of light and the rose is gone you notice that the pink ray the pink ray has become a ray of light and now there are two rays of light laying in your arms as you keep walking with the ascended master and you realize that now the pink is entering your body and it's flowing into your arms it's flowing into your heart it's flowing into your throat and even into your hair and that pink ray of light begins to create a reservoir in your heart a reservoir that is deep and wide and filling with love and as you continue walking along that pathway you feel that reservoir of love becoming larger inside of you and as you look down at your feet you realize that the ascended master has taken you on a pathway up above the earth almost as if you were standing on that pathway up above the earth and on your shoulders on your shoulders you realize that there is a cape a long flowing cape that is the beautiful color of pink and as you look down at the earth below your feet the ascended master is explaining to you that your heart is filled with love and that love has a specific purpose and you realize that love is for you to spread to the entire earth that is below your feet and it is to be spread to all people of the earth no matter what size they are no matter what shape they are no matter what color they are this supply this reservoir of love is for you to spread to the entire earth and now the ascended master brings you back down back down to the earth and another ascended master is walking beside you this one is carrying a yellow ray of light and that yellow ray of light looks like a yellow rose and it gets placed once again in your arms and as you walk with the ascended master the yellow rose turns into the yellow ray of light and it begins entering your body you can feel it all the way from the central core the central core that Michael cleared for you and that yellow ray of light flows into every cell of your body all the way out to your skin and you find yourself wondering what this ray of light is for and soon that yellow ray of light begins to float up out the top of your head up to father's sky and that yellow ray of light floats down through your toes down to mother earth and you realize that the yellow ray of light is connecting you to the divine up above and to the divine down below and inside yourself you notice now the blue ray and the pink ray and the yellow ray and now from the heavens comes the white rays of light and you notice that that opal light is going directly to the spark of the divine at the very center of you and that spark of the divine is beginning to expand as the opal light fills it expanding and doubling doubling in size expanding in size feeling the vibration of that opal light within you and you recognize the honor of what is being bestowed upon you the blue light of healing within your body the pink light for healing the entire earth of its wounds the yellow light connecting you from heaven down to earth and the opal light bringing in all of the other color rays of the rainbow and expanding that divine spark within you and as you feel the vibration of the divine you realize that you were chosen to accept this opal light within you and you notice your connection to the divine becoming ever stronger as you allow these colors these rays to integrate now into every part of your body your mind and your spirit and as the ascended masters and your spiritual team begin to guide you back along that pathway gently bringing you back to the powerful moment of now as all of the healing and love are integrating into every cell of your body and you are sending a prayer of gratitude and thanks to your spiritual team to the ascended masters to Archangel Raphael and to Archangel Michael as the spiritual team present in the room begins to move away and you begin to wiggle your fingers and your toes and become more and more aware of the room around you and gently opening your eyes when you're ready
