When we run from the darkness, we don't allow ourselves time for our vision to adjust. When we stay present in the darkness, whatever the darkness might be, gradually our psychic vision adjusts, and new light is allowed to enter. We begin to see through the dark into a new kind of light.

This imagining, giving inner experience the body, this embodiment of sadness, grief, which is here for me and overtaking me, the growing darkness that is actually here as you have just said to be a demonstration of my natures capacity to adapt. I stay with the darkness and witness through experience the wisdom of the eyes of my heart my adapt to darkness. It is better to stay with the immense loneliness which now belongs to me It is safe to allow grief and sadness to overtake me because it is and will be a part of me that my heart adapts or adopts to because God Speaks through and through your words, and makes this experience welcome 🙏

Thank you, Charles, for your guidance and support throughout 2024. I know that I can always turn to you - and frequently do so - when I am needing/wanting 'something' and don't know what that is. Or what I need to do or NOT to do to feel better in myself. I always sense that you have walked the way before you describe it to us. That is, your counsel is subjective understanding, gained from the 'slings and arrows if outrageous fortune' encountered on your own journey. I never feel preached at, but included.
