I'll begin with some simple guidance to help you move out of the mind and into stillness. Along with each inhale and exhale we can find a deeper and more subtle level of stillness. All the while, the tension of body and mind softens and releases like ice melting into running water. The vocal guidance comes to a close at about the 10 minute mark, at which point you are left with rain sound for the remainder of your rest. Sleep well.

You can settle in here,

Beginning to move out of the mind and into pure stillness.

Become aware of the exhale,

And then find that point between the exhale and the inhale.

This is a space of pure stillness.

And again,

Find the point between the inhale and the exhale,

Dropping a little bit more deeply in each of these open spaces.

And you might feel these spaces expanding,

Becoming wider and deeper,

Becoming increasingly still,

Noticing anything that might keep holding on,

Like little clusters of frozen energy,

Pockets of holding on.

And along with each breath,

Allowing these frozen pockets to melt,

Softening,

Releasing,

And letting go,

Pure stillness.

This longer format worked out great! I liked that even if I woke up during the night, the soothing sounds were still there, helping me to get back to sleep so easily.

So peaceful and wonderful. ๐Ÿ™โ˜ฎ๏ธ๐Ÿ’œ ๐ŸŒง๏ธ ๐ŸŒŠ. I woke I midfii look e of night abd put this on and slept for almost 5 hour straight . Ahhhh . It sounded like I was under a waterfall and then felt like I was flowing down a river..going with the flow. Just finished January 31 day intention setting challenge.That was great to start each day with . Happy February ๐Ÿ’“ from waking on this Sunday morning my intention is Today I will find stillness in my breath โ€ฆand act with love and kindness โ˜ฎ๏ธ๐Ÿ’œthanks Charles !

Absolutely wonderful - fell asleep very quickly. I woke up a few times during the night but fell back asleep easily to the sound of the rain.
