
Still Sleeping: A 10-Hour Sleep Track With Soft Rain Sound
I'll begin with some simple guidance to help you move out of the mind and into stillness. Along with each inhale and exhale we can find a deeper and more subtle level of stillness. All the while, the tension of body and mind softens and releases like ice melting into running water. The vocal guidance comes to a close at about the 10 minute mark, at which point you are left with rain sound for the remainder of your rest. Sleep well.
