Hello precious one,
I invite you to find a comfortable position,
Close your eyes,
And begin to notice your breath by placing that precious hand of yours over your beautiful heart and feel the rise and fall of your chest with every breath that you take and choose to experience,
To see,
And to feel the godly spark that lives inside of you as an orb of light under your hand.
This is how the divine lives through you,
Animating your every move,
Blessing your every action,
Inspiring your every word.
The divine lives in you and moves through you and simply by placing your mind's eye in that space under your hand,
You can allow yourself to feel how that light in that orb is filling your entire heart and feel the pitter-patter of your heart pumping that life force,
That love force,
That light force into your arteries and into your veins so that the light of that love makes its way up into your head,
Filling you with the capacity to gain understanding and wisdom from this life that you are living and as that light moves into your neck and shoulders,
You can feel them relaxing and also becoming enlivened to hold your head up high,
Ready to face life and its beauty and as the light of that love makes its way down your arms,
Feel it nourishing your ability to embrace the world with love,
To embrace life in all of its complexity,
To embrace yourself,
Precious one,
And as the light of that love makes its way down into your chest,
You can feel your breath expanding more and more as God is whispering into your breath,
This one I created,
This one is the apple of my eye,
This one I adore,
This is a good one,
Let's keep this soul alive in this body for yet another day,
For yet another moment and as that light of the divine's love for you makes its way into your belly,
Feel the organs of your belly relax and also feel them taking in from life everything you need and enabling you to let go of what is no longer necessary and as that light makes its way down into your pelvis,
The seat of your creativity you can feel that light animating your ability to breathe,
To create new life,
To nourish life,
And to bless life as a co-creator with the divine and breathe again as you feel the light of that love making its way down your legs all the way to the tips of your toes readying you to move through the world,
To run,
To skip,
To play to run,
To skip,
And to play because you precious one,
No matter how big or how small,
How young or how old you are in your eyes in the eyes of God you are simply a child,
A beloved precious child and the divine has created an entire world to be a place for play and learning,
And growing,
And pleasure this here life is your sandbox and feel in your legs your ability to be like a child in this world to explore with curiosity,
To feel with a wide open heart to seek to connect with others and to shine the light of that love that's in your heart out to the entire world and I invite you now to imagine yourself moving through your day with eyes that know this light that lives in your heart with eyes that know this love in your heart that you are love that you are beloved and that you are loving and shine the light of your love through your eyes and how you see the world through your smile and how you face the world through your words and how you speak to the world and through your arms and how you embrace the world and again see and feel yourself experiencing the world through the eyes of love smiling at the world with a loving expression speaking to the world with the words of love and embracing the world with the arms that know to love because you precious one were created to be a beacon of light and to light up the world with the light of the one and only God this is your birthright this is your calling this is your opportunity allow yourself to feel that birthright in your chest to breathe in that blessing into your lungs and to enliven your entire being with this opportunity and when you are ready I invite you to come back into your body by wiggling your fingers and wiggling your toes and slowly batting your eyes open ready to love this world with your gaze I send you many blessings from Jerusalem
