This meditation is designed to create a change within you,
Helping you create an overall sense of motivation within yourself.
During this meditation,
You won't have to do anything except focus,
Breathe,
And receive.
This can be done laying flat on your back or seated,
Whatever you feel most comfortable with.
So take a moment to get into position.
Once you've found your space,
Let's begin by taking three cleansing breaths in your nose and out your nose.
Motivation is not a mere feeling,
Rather it's something that you can create.
Many people wait to feel motivated before they take action toward their goals.
But motivation is not just a feeling,
It's something that you create.
It's your mindset.
Take a moment to feel into your body.
Just focus,
Breathe,
And receive.
Any areas that you notice that you may be holding tension,
Gently see if you can just surrender a little bit deeper and just relax for the next few minutes.
Repeat silently to yourself each affirmation I'm about to share.
I am healthy in mind and body.
I actively create wellness inside of myself.
I radiate vitality when I take care of myself.
I am strong and ready for action.
I am calm and ready to receive.
I believe that I can create my own motivation.
Whatever struggle you face in your practice of surrender,
Embrace it.
