Welcome to your motivation meditation.

Today's meditation will be focusing on cultivating motivation from within.

Motivation is not a mere feeling to wait to happen to you or to wait for someone else to provide to you.

Motivation is something that begins with your thoughts and then goes into action.

Whether you want to create something in your life or just feel something different within yourself,

This meditation is for you.

Please take a moment to find a comfortable tall seat or perhaps lay down flat on your back in a comfortable position.

When you've arrived,

Please gently close your eyes.

Unclench your jaw,

Your eyebrows,

Let them relax.

Let your tongue float in that space.

Today we'll be using affirmations and silence,

Or as I like to call it,

The pause,

To cultivate new thought patterns to help you feel motivated and take action toward the things that you want to change in your life.

Let's begin today with three breaths,

Deeply and slowly,

Maintaining a closed eye to keep an internal experience,

Cutting out any distractions from the visuals around you and tuning into the senses within.

Take three breaths,

Closing your mouth,

Inhaling through your nose and out your nose.

As we begin our meditation,

You may silently and internally repeat the affirmations to yourself or you can simply take a more passive approach if it's right for you today and just listen and receive.

I am bold.

I am confident and ready to create change in my own life.

I realize that feeling motivated and changing on my responsibility.

I do not wait for others to make me feel a specific way.

Instead,

I take ownership of myself and my life.

Motivation is something that I create for myself.

When I see something I want,

I work or do whatever I must to get it.

I am confident in my ability to create.

I do not need external stimulation to create an internal change.

I do not need external stimulation to create an internal change.

I am ready for change.

In fact,

I am changing.

In my internal action,

My thoughts,

And my external action,

The things I do,

I am aligned.

I am creating change.

I am creating positive change.

I am ready for the changes that I face today and tomorrow.

Whether by circumstance or happen chance,

I am ready.

I am becoming my highest self.

I am already motivated and simply need to take action.

My habits align with my desires.

That alone motivates me.

Notice how good you feel right now,

Drawing your awareness to the sensations in your body and the feeling of peace in your mind.

Take a moment to pause and soak this feeling up,

Knowing that you can create it at any point.

The motivation that you hope to create today is already within you.

It's within your minds,

Your thoughts.

All you need to do is put it into action.

When you align your mind and your body,

Amazing things will happen.

Claim that for your day.

When you're ready,

You can gently begin to bring some movement back into your fingertips,

Your toes.

Just breathe.

When you do simple things like this motivation meditation,

You are cultivating your laser-like focus.

You're equipping yourself to face whatever comes before you and still achieve your goals and get the things that you desire.

When you're ready,

Take a deep inhale,

Breathing in deeply through your nose.

When you're ready,

Open your mouth,

Exhale and sigh your breath out.

Take one more breath,

Inhaling deeply in your motivation for your day.

Exhale.

Release anything that no longer serves you.
