**Note: If the mind is not really peaceful now, it might not be a perfect moment to listen to this podcast, one has to be aware of the emotions or reactions that can block one from listenING ATTENTIVELY. This talk is a meditation practice. What one needs to do is listen attentively, without getting stuck in words, examine the mind in silence, no agree or disagree, just look at the mind as it is. Doing so is already a meditation practice.

The mind is the world.

The world is the mind.

What is going on in the outer world is merely the projection of the inner world.

The human world is the collective human consciousness.

All the problems on this planet,

In this world,

Are all human issues.

When the mind goes wrong,

The world also goes wrong.

So,

When you observe this outer world,

Understand the outer world.

This is also the process of understanding the inner world.

It is one process.

That's to say,

Understand the outer world is the understanding of the inner world.

The outer is the inner.

The inner is the outer.

But why does the mind perceive the difference of the outer,

The inner?

The border between the outer and inner.

Perception is distorted by the self,

The evil.

And the very activities of the self,

Which is also the force,

Create the inner world.

So,

There's division between the inner and outer.

And this division creates all the issues.

To meditate is to really see the emptiness of this border between the outer and inner.

And to really feel that it is one.

It is one mind.

It is one world.

There's no inner,

No outer.

To restore the perception from this distortion by the thoughts.

And this whole process is meditation.
