Dr. Masters Meditation, Whispers Of Eternity

When we meditate,

We enter the silence within ourselves.

And in the silence,

We may hear whispers from God.

I turn away from the outer world that surrounds me.

That I move into the inner world that is within me.

I move through the corridors and passages of my outer mind.

That I may enter more fully and completely into my inner mind.

Where a state of higher consciousness,

A state of greater reality exists within me.

And so as I do this now,

Let me feel that my outer senses are withdrawing.

Withdrawing away from the world that surrounds me.

And that all of the energy used from my outer senses is now being directed inwardly.

Inwardly so that that energy is now being used for inner sensing,

Inner impressions,

Inner knowledge,

Inner wisdom.

For my senses have turned inward to be taught by the inner higher reality that I am.

And so moment by moment,

Breath by breath,

My breathing becomes slower,

Quieter,

And as it does,

The restless waves of my mind become quieter and stiller.

So that the entirety of my body now is affected by the quietness of my mind.

And that from the top of my head,

Down the length of my body,

To the soles of my feet,

There is quietness and stillness.

So that the entirety of my mind and my body are quiet and still.

So very quiet.

So very still.

That I am as if I am in a great silence.

A great silence where I may detect the whispers of eternity and of God.

And so let me feel that my very breath is speaking to me.

For God speaks to me through my breath.

For here I am within you.

Breathe in the breath of your body.

For I am in truth the breath that you breathe.

And every breath that you inhale is my presence hidden in the wind.

And every breath that you exhale is my presence.

Filled but still remaining.

Remaining within and throughout you.

For I am the whisper of your creator,

Your very life spread.

And I surround you with an aura of light all around your body.

It is the essence of my spirit.

It is my first creation pouring forth from the heart within yourself.

And I whisper to you that I surround you with my light.

That you may be protected.

That the light contains my love.

That you may be loved.

That the light contains my peace.

That you may be at peace.

I whisper this to you.

You are surrounded by my light emanating forth from within you.

And that I am throughout your body.

And that whatever part of your body you think of,

I am there.

In every one of the cells.

As the life force within your left foot.

Feel your left foot and realize I am there.

And through your mind feel your right foot and realize that I am there.

I am sustaining you.

Your ability to walk.

To move from one place to another.

Therefore I am in your left knee.

And as you feel this through your mind,

Realize that I am there.

Giving you the flexibility in that area of your body.

As well as in your right knee.

To move through the pathways of your physical world.

So that you may learn the experiences of the physical world.

Which will in truth cause you to desire truth and reality.

To make sense of it all.

And when that desire grows strongly enough.

To turn back to me here within your body.

And so I exist in your left thigh.

And as you feel it through your mind,

Feel my presence there.

The power in your thighs.

In your right thigh.

So that both thighs give you that power and that strength.

To move from place to place in the outer world.

So that eventually you may move into the inner place.

Here where I am.

Within your inner world.

And now feel my presence at the base of your spine.

For here I am coiled up like a wonderful,

Wonderful force.

Ready when you are ready for me.

To move upward through your spine on a spiritual level.

To ignite both male and female forces on either side of your spine.

So that you may reach a divine polarity.

A union of my feminine and my masculine creations.

That you may ascend upward.

And as you feel this,

Feel that you are ascending upward from the base of your spine into your lower back.

For here I am also continuing to support the entirety of your body temple.

And now into your upper back.

And feel my presence there.

For I am there with you.

Always.

Giving you the power to now move your left arm whenever you desire.

Down into your left hand.

The power to move your right arm whenever you desire.

Down into your right hand.

For here I am an expression.

An expression that seeks to express through every finger of your left hand.

Through every finger of your right hand.

And as you feel this flex your fingers and feel that it is I alone.

God living here within you.

That has given you the power to move your fingers.

That your hands may extend outward to others in love,

In compassion,

In assistance.

And so let me feel that you have heard me.

And that you are listening to my whisper.

And that I whisper to you from your upper torso.

From the center of your chest.

For here is the seed and throne,

The altar where I reside in your body.

Though I am everywhere in your body,

Here is my central place.

And so I radiate out my presence into your throat.

That you may,

Through contact with me,

Speak your words.

That they may be words of healing and wholeness and love to others.

That I may speak through you.

That you may not give thought to what you shall say before you say it.

But rather trust in me.

The voice within you.

The voice of the silence.

The voice that is God and Spirit to speak through you.

To communicate through you.

Words of wisdom.

Words of direction.

Words of peace.

Words of love.

And so I am now in both your ears.

In your left ear as you feel it on the side of your head.

In your right ear as you feel it on the side of your head.

But I am in your inner ears.

Into your spiritual ears where you may hear my intuitive promptings.

As I attempt to whisper to you.

If you but choose to do my will.

Which is best for your soul in this lifetime and beyond.

So,

Open your inner hearing to me.

Absorb my thoughts into your waking mind.

Feel,

Know,

And hear my presence from the voice of silence within you.

For I whisper directions into your inner ears.

That you may hear and know my will.

Which is best for your soul.

And so,

Feel that I am in your inner sight.

That in your mind's eye which can extend throughout the upper torso of your body.

You can see and catch glimpses of my divinity.

Here within yourself.

For you have the capacity to see beyond your outer five senses.

You have the capacity to knock upon the gates of heaven within your own mind.

That I may open those gates for you and that you may enter into the holy of holies within yourself.

Here from within the silence of your own soul.

I whisper to you.

Seek and you shall find.

Knock and it shall be open to you.

Open to you to the inner kingdom of God within yourself.

So seek,

Seek my presence.

I am here waiting for you.

Waiting to instruct you.

Waiting to remove from you the heaviness of any burdens accumulated in this life from your mind.

Waiting to whisper to you the ways that I can be one with and you can be one with.

That we may go back together over other lifetimes and clear away what needs to be cleared.

That your present lifetime may be free of all karmic debt.

For I whisper here from within yourself.

I whisper into your past.

I whisper to you about your present.

And I whisper to you about your future.

For in truth,

Here within yourself,

Your ultimate future is with me.

For you have in truth never left me.

And in truth,

I as the spirit and the light that is God within you have never left you.

We are together through eternity.

I as your father,

Mother,

Creator.

You as my inseparable offspring.

My child of light.

Always with me.

Always together.

This I whisper you from the deepest silence within your soul.

Align yourself with me.

By becoming still and acknowledging me within you each and every day.

And I will in turn acknowledge you through silent whisperings in your soul.

Inspiring you.

Directing you.

Loving you.

Caring for you.

Healing you.

Here within silence.

Here am I within you.

Seek me first.

Here within yourself.

Above all things.

And all things that you truly need will be added to you.

This is my promise.

This I whisper to you.

From the depths of your own soul.

For I am the spirit that sustains your soul.

And so I whisper to you.

I whisper to you to offer you wisdom.

So that you may know the complete picture of life.

Not just small fragments.

But you may see the totality of what life and others are.

And that you may have a clear vision of your future.

And see the puzzle as a whole and your place in that cosmic puzzle.

Here from within yourself I whisper to you.

If you'll but seek me and find me.

Then you'll find the wisdom that I am.

And if you seek me and find me.

You will find the peace that I am.

And in that peace you will find happiness.

For the peace that I give you is the happiness that all seek.

And in that happiness there is ultimate love.

For everything is joined together.

Everything is one,

Whole and complete.

And where all things are joined there is ultimate union.

And where there is ultimate union.

There I am as love.

So I whisper to you that I am the love that you seek.

I am the love that you share.

I am the love eternal.

Here within you.

Where your soul and my spirit are forever in an eternal embrace.

Here within you I whisper to you these truths.

From my first created light.

That has given you embodiment.

From my first created light that has created stars and the galaxies.

From my first created light that has brought order to the stars and the galaxies and life forms.

If they but all open themselves to my love.

Here listen to me now.

This moment and every moment of your life.

For I am the voice in the silence.

Whispering to you.

And so it is.
