There is an inner voice that will speak to you and reflect your consciousness. You have a unique relationship with this voice within. It can reflect your higher self and your soul. It can even reflect God. It can give you feedback and direction if used properly and with discernment. We all have inner dialogue going on within our minds. When we go into a state of meditation we especially notice how the mind can chatter, Rather mindlessly, Away. It is reflecting all the thoughts that are in the subconscious mind and when we constantly are giving our mind all kinds of stimulus it can take some time to stop all that chatter and find that silence within. Sit long enough to get past the chatter and distractions that might come in and often do. Learn to love, To just experience the energy that is there when you sit in silence. Then there is a point within the silence where you can listen and hear the voice of your soul. You can ask that inner voice to give you messages and direction for your life. Keeping a journal is an excellent idea. You can write down what you get as messages. You can learn to give expression and allow that inner voice to speak through you. It is a voice that carries pure light and energy and as you listen to your inner voice you learn to distinguish the difference of where it is coming from and where the outside thoughts are coming from. There is a certain tone of resonance to your voice versus those of what you have taken in. You can filter those voices in meditation. And when you listen and hear the voice of your soul, There will be times that your guides or your master's voice can come through to you. In conversations with God, Neil Donald Walsh established a communication where he could listen to God's voice through his higher mind. You can ask for answers from your higher self or God. It is also important that your mind be clear enough to receive the messages. Everyone has access to their inner voice. To become attuned to God you must trust that you can talk to God and then listen and hear what comes to you. Write down any thoughts and ideas that come up. You might be very surprised at the guidance you get. It can be life changing.
