New Beginnings New Awakenings

Aloha,

I'm Rev.

Cindy Pollos and I'm going to talk today about newness,

New beginnings,

Spring,

Getting reborn,

Refreshed,

Rejuvenated after a very long year and being able to come back to a new way of thinking and a new way of life in a new time.

We've gone through such an amazing,

Challenging last year that I think many people may be in shell shock,

Post-traumatic stress syndrome.

I think there's been so much going on that has affected us that we've had to sometimes bury because it has been too much to really understand and comprehend.

We just had to power on through.

And so it's important to shed off the old last year and come into this new spring,

The new beginning with a fresh start.

I was listening the other morning and I heard the birds outside sing.

I get up very early before dawn and I like to meditate then.

So when I can hear the birds sing outside,

I know their songs.

I may not know exactly what they're saying,

But I recognize their energy and there was a new song.

There was a new spring song and it's different.

It's more cheerful.

And then there was like a week of heavy,

Heavy rains and flooding and I could feel like the old,

The deluge was washing away the old,

Making way for the new.

I'm going to do a few affirmations for new beginnings and also a prayer and a meditation as well to bring in that new energy that I feel we've come to finally.

Many people are calling this reset and it's important to know where that reset button is.

The thing is that reset button is not the same for everyone.

Everyone may have different places in their mind,

In their heart,

In their soul to be able to be transformed and to be able to step into the new and to be awakened and able to finally receive that new energy.

Starting with the affirmations,

Behold,

I make all things new.

I have the power to begin anew.

There is new hope in my life.

There is a new path of love and light open to me.

I know I am being guided to know the best way to go.

I feel good about my new life.

I look forward to the changes that will come.

I trust that every step of my way is leading me to fulfill my true purpose.

Thank you God for leading me along to the perfect path to begin my life anew.

And so it is.

Now let's just take a moment to believe that energy of what we just said,

To let's absorb it and be filled with that positive energy that it takes to begin anew.

And let's do a prayer now.

And the Lord said,

Behold,

I make all things new.

And when you are weary from the ways of the world,

A light will come from the highest one and bring a new energy and a new dream of life.

And then you will behold a new joy,

A new reason for being,

A new love that brings the wings of this light to your heart of hearts and lifts your spirit to the new heaven that is waiting to be seen.

And then you will behold the light of God as it comes through you to the earth.

And though you have been laden with the cares of the world,

A new hope will come to you and a new path for love for the one who brings this light to guide you to know a better way to be the one who lives with the spirit of God and the joy of knowing the light of the soul within in this time that is given.

Behold,

I make all things new.

To be in this world,

But not of it,

To be born again of this light,

To breathe in this joy and find the love that is yours to share and smile with the knowing of this divine gift and to let your life reflect this love with the gratitude of the one who has been given a new life by the one who knows no death,

Just the resurrection of spirit.

And in you is the chance to behold this spirit,

This new life of love,

The new hope of love as the dream of life eternal.

For behold,

I make all things new.

Let's breathe that in.

And let's really feel that energy of rebirth.

Let's feel that energy of newness.

Let's listen to the song of spring and the new blossoming and the new colors and the green and the energy of hope that comes alive again in this rebirth.

And let's go into meditation.

First of all,

Let's sit with that spine erect with everything flowing from your top of your head all the way down to the base of your spine and let the energy flow through your spine and just clear anything that needs to be cleared.

Release any energy that might be blocked.

Just completely be aware.

And let your whole head relax and feel your head and your jaw.

Feel your eyes and your tongue and your ears.

Let them relax and be at peace.

Feel that throat area and just completely let go of any tension there and allow this area to be feeling new energy,

The new strength of spring.

Breathe that energy in and allow it to be recharged and bring that energy down into your heart.

And if there have been any sorrows or losses or pain,

Let your heart feel the blossoming of spring.

Let your heart feel that beautiful garden there within,

That blossoming of the energy of new beginnings.

Breathe the love that allows that blossoming to happen into your heart of heart.

Feel that beautiful energy alive turning towards the light of all light there as the flower turns towards the sun.

Let your heart turn towards that light from the source of all light.

Breathe it in and allow it to fill your entire torso.

Let it heal anything that needs to be healed.

Let your whole body and your torso be filled with light and love and healing.

Let your whole energy now flow and radiate and feel that radiation of all of your body surrounded by a great,

Beautiful light that extends out over six feet that protects you from anything that's out there that may be harmful.

Now allow yourself to receive the new energy.

Go into that quiet place of your soul,

That sacred space there within,

And be still and know that you are part of God.

Ask your soul,

Where is my reset button?

What do I need to do to completely be able to receive the new awakening,

The new energy,

The new power,

The new hope,

The new light,

The new beginning?

And allow yourself to find that place.

Allow yourself to be in that place where you can receive all the energy you need to be renewed,

To regenerate,

To restore,

To bring about what you need.

Go deeper within,

Deeper still,

And listen to the heartbeat of the universe.

Be in tune with this new energy.

Feel yourself aligned with this new awakening.

Accept the truth of truth and listen to the love of the divine speaking to you,

That love that lives in everything.

Let any guidance you need be shared there in your soul.

And just breathe it in.

Heal what needs to be healed.

Restore what needs to be restored.

Rebuild anything in your mind that needs to again believe and have faith.

Let God's love guide you to find that place there within your soul that holds the purpose that you need to know.

Be aligned right now with your true purpose that speaks to you.

Let yourself feed it with love,

For love is your true answer.

Love allows you to believe.

This love is the key that opens the door to your true destiny.

Every day,

In every way,

Listen and be in tune with your destiny and the heartbeat and the sound of light.

Let that very energy be aligned to your true purpose in life.

You are one with this energy that holds the very breath of God,

That holds the spirit that can speak to you so you can be an instrument of love,

Of hope,

Of positive energy.

You can reflect the music that holds the truth of God's harmony.

And the gifts that always come when you listen to the heartbeat of creation.

Be in tune.

Feel that harmony,

Feel that love,

Feel that energy of the universe and the cosmic mysteries that now enfold you.

Be aligned with the sound of all life and the sound of spring and the sound of new beginnings.

Listen to each breath and allow each breath to draw you closer and closer to the light.

Each breath holds the energy of your being that is the gift that lives in the heartbeat that God gives all of his true ones.

That there holds your purpose in your soul's true meaning and destiny.

Thank God for that beautiful energy.

Thank God for that spirit that speaks to you.

Thank God for your purpose and your rebirth.

And let yourself feel that energy now that you are renewed in God's love.

Breathe it in.

Share it out to the world,

To your loved ones,

To those in need of healing.

And allow yourself to know you can always go to this place to be able to be renewed when you're in tune with your true self.

And now slowly come back and feel that energy circulating through all of your mind and your body and your emotions and feel how it feels to be restored to the new beginning in your life.
