Aloha,
I'm Reverend Cindy Palos and today I wanted to talk about a subject that affects all of us.
Dealing with our form and being spirits in a material form.
I can't help but think of Sting's song,
We are Spirits in a Material World.
And it's true,
You know.
It's been brought up many times,
You know,
We're not our body,
We're our spirit here in our body.
And I have experienced this in so many ways that I really do feel strongly about it.
When you have meditated a long time,
And I have been meditating over 55 years now,
You start to realize what is going on behind the form,
What is driving your life.
And on top of that,
If you go into the higher realms and start to experience your soul,
As I have,
Because that's been my path,
Going to my soul and going to my resource of the source of all.
You remember things about heaven on earth and being in heaven.
When I had an enlightenment experience at the age of 15,
I was able to see from a totally different perspective.
Totally different from the perspective of my soul and from the spirit and the oneness and from the source of all light and the source of all love.
What's going on?
What's going on?
And what's going on is that this planet is evolving.
But time after time after time,
There have been civilizations that have come and gone,
As we all know.
Some of them have been forgotten.
And I do believe there was Atlantis.
I've had a past life experience of Atlantis.
And they've even found some of the things and some of the things they think belonged under the ocean that were part of Atlantis.
But again,
In that civilization,
As in many other civilizations that have fallen,
There's been elements of things that have taken the people who were having the vision of everything that could be right,
Of a higher society,
Of a higher life.
And then there were those that were there to use it for their own purposes and for their own power.
And we have lived and learned a lot,
And yet I can't help but meditate on this at this particular time,
When we're seeing again war raising its ugly head.
And it is a very ugly head,
When we see the images of people who are killed and affected by this.
And when I first started watching the invasion of the Ukraine,
I couldn't help but think,
I thought we were past this.
I thought we had grown and evolved.
And yet I was reminded by one of my teachers,
Dr.
Paul Masters,
Was the one who taught me meditation when I was 13 years old.
And I've written many pieces on peace.
I've written two CDs,
And I'm writing a book now on peace also.
And I had told him once I was doing a CD on peace,
And he said,
Well,
This planet is not a planet of peace.
This is a planet where people come that are here to evolve and learn.
And part of the way this planet learns,
Unfortunately for some souls,
Is through conflict and through power struggles.
And there's always been issues with finding peace and choosing peace over war.
That's a hard thing for me to really comprehend.
Except when I do think of the fact that of course we can find inner peace,
And we can find that energy of spirit,
And go to that place,
And we can bring it into our form.
And all the while we're doing that in meditation,
It can feel wonderful.
It can feel blissful.
But what happens is living it while we're in this dimension,
Which is a pretty heavy dimension as far as this form and energy of form,
That we often fall into the veil of mire or illusion,
And we forget our true purpose in being here.
I remember doing many interviews with Wayne Dyer,
And one was a book,
I think it was the last book he actually wrote,
About how when children come in,
Many of them remember states of heaven,
And can even at a young age,
Even like at four or five,
Remember things about being in heaven.
And of course those who are getting ready to cross over,
Or who have had near-death experiences,
Have had experiences of what it's like to go into heaven.
And almost all of those people,
If you read their books and their experiences,
Say that it was hard for them to come back,
That it felt so wonderful and so beautiful,
That it was difficult to return,
But that they knew they had something still left to do on this planet.
That is the way I felt when I was in that state of enlightenment.
That I felt so wonderful,
And the love was so great,
And the light was so fantastic,
That it was hard to come back,
But it's hard not to come back when you see that there is so much that needs to be done for the people here to remember their purpose to awaken.
And so many people now are awakening,
You know,
And are beginning to realize what's going on in their purpose,
And what heaven was like,
And trying to bring heaven to earth.
It's not an easy task.
It's been thousands of years in the making.
And what's happening is more and more people awaken and understand the light and the purpose.
There is more light coming in.
However,
When there's more light,
The light shines so brightly that we see more of the shadows.
And now,
More than ever,
We really are seeing some of the shadows that are being exposed.
Things that have really come to be revealed that were hidden once are now revealed.
Now that's hard to see,
But at the same time,
It's really good.
Because it has to be revealed,
To be taken out,
So it can be healed.
That's a prayer I say every morning.
Lord,
Help me see what needs to be seen,
Reveal what needs to be revealed,
And heal what needs to be healed,
So I can live in grace.
Now,
There are times that's actually come to pass,
And I've kind of wondered if it was a good idea to pray that.
Because sometimes you see things,
And things are revealed you don't necessarily want to see.
But if you're on this path and working as a person,
Working with light and love and meditating,
You have the tools you need to get those things dealt with and healed.
And it's not easy.
It's never been easy.
But then again,
If it wasn't hard,
You know,
We wouldn't be here.
We're here to learn those lessons,
Right?
So that's what I think is going on in the world right now.
And it's not as easy,
Of course.
You can't generalize about what's happening and come up with a solution.
Because it's still up to each of us,
And even if each of us do our part,
And we are,
You know,
If you're listening,
I know you are.
But then there are going to be others in the world who are not,
And who are going to do what they can do to keep the old ways and the ways that are the past ways and the ways of power and greed and money in place.
Money in itself,
It's not a bad thing.
I do not believe that.
It's an energy exchange.
But then there are those that would use that money for negative purposes.
Now,
We've had a few really challenging years.
And who would have guessed at the end of a couple of years of COVID,
We would then see war and see what's going on with that.
But these things are taking place now.
So all of us who have come here to devote ourselves to service,
To help the world,
Are having a chance to do our work the best we can do.
And this is the time for all of us to bring the spirit that we have,
That vision of heaven to earth,
In a way that it can be put to work.
And that is living it.
It's one thing to meditate and to feel good and experience heaven.
And it's another to really bring it into being,
Into life,
To use it,
And to follow those tools of bringing heaven to earth,
Which are tools that we learn,
Skills that we learn through living,
What we get in meditation and through life,
And sometimes lifetimes after lifetimes.
There's a lot of work being done on the other side of this form in higher levels.
And I do have to say that it's just not all light and love and heaven.
There's also things that emerge that have to be dealt with,
Things that have to be healed.
So yes,
This is part of the learning and evolving process.
And the more we can do to help,
The better it is.
The more we can do to heal,
The better it is.
The more that we can do to stay positive,
The better it is.
The more we can do to meditate and to put what we get in meditation and share what we get in meditation to work,
The better it gets.
There are so many more people on this planet right now.
All you have to do is look at the Insight Timer amount of millions of people who are meditating daily and using principles,
And you'll find there are so many more people doing good.
And there's so many people who are helping charities and helping worthy causes.
So many more doing good than those that are doing harm.
Yet it only takes a few people who are powerful to wish to do harm to do great damage.
Yet I have hope,
As Mahatma Gandhi did,
That always in the end,
Always the tyrants and the people doing harm fail.
And that's happened time after time,
Not always easily,
Because there have been other civilizations that have had to go away and start over again.
And our planet really needs our help,
Our light,
And our love right now.
So this is a call to those who have seen visions of the way it should be,
To put into action,
Put into their life what really can be.
I'm going to read a poem.
I have this book called Angel Blessings Messages from Heaven,
And I thought I'd share something from that one.
Because there is stuff going on,
Really,
There are things going on that we need to remember.
This I actually wrote today.
Once you were given the glory of heaven's vision,
With the spirit it takes to inspire and create.
Once you could see the answers in a vision of what the world needs to bring about some peace.
Once you were one with the spirit that comes,
The gift that's inside,
And what the soul becomes.
Now is the time to be the dream of the plan that was given,
And the envision,
And being able to bring it into being.
Now is the time for that spirit to be alive in the people who were called to believe.
We are the children of the one dream,
Brought here to earth to bring awakening into being.
Remember that vision,
Remove all the blocks,
So you may serve the purpose that you came to bring forth.
So I encourage you to hold out hope,
To hold out light,
To hold forth love,
And to not give up,
And not ever be brought down into darkness,
Because the rest of the world is struggling sometimes.
That only is a call for you to once more bring forth all that you have to help the world,
And to help humanity.
I send my blessings to you always,

I send you my love and light,

When spirit speaks,
I listen,
And from the soul I hear,
The light that carries frequencies,
That from God now appear.
When spirit reaches out to me,
I go inside that space,
The robe that has been offered,
Holding such amazing grace.
There is a sacred chalice that is offered in the sacrament,
Is lifting us like words can't ever say.
When spirit speaks,
I listen,
And enter inner space,
Where there's a way to reconnect,
Communicate,
And pray.
I ask the Lord,
My Savior,
To speak to me each day,
Inspire and to lead messages my way.
When spirit speaks,
I listen in great humility,
And walks in mystery,
Walks in mystery.
