A very big Aloha. My name is Reverend Cindy Palos and I wanted to talk about inspiration. Now this is one of my favorite subjects. I love spirit and I love meditation and going inside and if you put those two words together you have in spirit inspiration, Right? I mean that's important to remember that you can go inside and be inspired and this is a wonderful gift and I have found so many ways that spirit works. Spirit works in mysterious ways. It's wonder to behold. It's very true. We can be inspired by so much in our lives but if we're not aware and if we aren't touched and if by chance we're shut down to some degree that's not going to help. So you have to be open. You have to be aware of how spirit works and inspiration can come from of course the word in inside. Inspiration now just because it comes from inside doesn't mean that it's limited to having to be expressed while you are inside. Now this is an interesting point that I want to talk about for a minute is inspiration can come at something well when you're not even aware of it. It could be out while you're out in a walk or it could be happening at any time you're driving or whatever. You can be inspired and but you foster that. You foster that ability by being receptive to being inspired and by capturing it when it comes. I've been writing all my life pretty much since I've been 14 years old and I have noticed that as I meditate and then write there will always be something coming and at times it will be a different energy field almost like a different voice coming through and it's interesting how that happens. I really am not sure as long as I've been doing this I really am not sure of how that works. It's mysterious. It's a very mysterious thing but I think it happens when you are open to being receptive to being able to receive that there is an opening you create to allow that inspiration to come and you can be in tune. I'm using a lot of those in words right in tune the tune you have inside is really a beautiful tune. Have you ever stopped and thought about your inner tune what you're in tune with how you get in tune and it can happen again by something that happens in the outer world or it can happen meditation or it happens through inspiration that spirit again working in very interesting another n-word right interesting. You're an inner tourist. Interesting ways. I never thought of that before. Interesting. I'm an inner tourist. Thank you. So here we are all of this is enhanced another inward all this is enhanced by being able to be quiet to meditate by putting your antennae out. You have this other energy field that is a way of being receptive that you can develop over time and the more you receive the more if you use it the more that receptive part of you be is more and more able to receive and I if you've ever done this you you might know what I'm talking about but if you ignore if you ignore what is coming to you or what comes to you then it just kind of can stop coming but if you receive it and if you honor it and if you're receptive it can develop and it can be used and you can get more so you've heard of the term writer's block right I mean what would block a writer right well a lot of things can block a writer one is that you don't really want to write or go to where that writing is taking you possibly and subconsciously you're blocking it or maybe you're not as receptive as you thought you were to receiving that inspiration that spirit inside so anytime you can develop that inner self with that inner spirit you are going to be able to find that you're more receptive to things coming to you it's a beautiful gift that you can do for absolutely free just go inside and meditate go inside and see what comes and start writing down what comes during meditation it's so simple you know and it's free it's free it's free now let's do a little meditation just to kind of experience what is happening there just kind of just breathe and be aware be aware be aware of your breath and I always find as you breathe you know if you straighten your spine just allow yourself to be aware of that breath coming in and ah and just releasing anything that you might want to release as you breathe out very simply breathe in hold your breath for a second or two now and just release and let it go let it go let it go we'll continue to do this here for just a little while where we get in tune and breathe in and breathe out breathe deeply in and hold your breath and breathe out and when ha is breath that's part of your breath is ha that breath so breathe and just allow yourself to be in that receptive place as you go deeper and deeper and deeper inside for insight and here we go deeper into our true self into our higher consciousness and now remember to put a light around yourself a protective white light completely around you above you below you to the right and left and front and behind because as you begin to explore inside and go deeper and you become more sensitive to energy fields so now you're just going deeper into that soul level right into that conscious soul that is always there with you always there waiting always present it's a wonderful gift that's there waiting for you to wait to hear to see to feel to be aware of it's there it's there right there in you can you be aware of your soul just breathe in and ask your soul's presence to be with you it's an inner request your soul knows your soul knows when you're requesting that presence and it's a wonderful gift to be able to get used to calling upon that presence of your soul so take this time to just to ask your soul to be present with you and then be open to receive a conversation a message an energy from your soul you go to that place where your soul is present do you feel a difference do you feel a shift of energy do you see different colors with your eyes closed there's a light changing it's your sensitivity changing allow that presence to be there with you and ask your soul ask your soul ask your higher self to be present there in your soul to give you some inspiration a bit of inspiration is always good always wonderful to receive and remember it can come in many many ways many different forms many different energy fields may come in words it might come in colors it might come in feelings we all receive in different ways and allow yourself to feel that energy coming to and through you and just take some time to be aware be aware of how it comes and what is coming and just breathe into it and bring it into your conscious mind now even it's in your conscious mind you might not be able to define it it can be elusive so slowly come back and just be back in your body and take some time as we come out of meditation now take some time to write down if anything came to you maybe it's one word maybe it's an energy maybe it's a thought but as you trust this process and respond and relate to it things will come and I thank you for being so aware and so present I'm deeply grateful and I'm sending you my love and gratitude
