Staying positive.
There's so much overwhelm going on right now.
There's so many things happening and a lot of things that cause stress in the world.
And we are always changing,
Challenging times.
And for someone who's very sensitive and aware,
For people who care,
There's all this energy that's going on out there that you need to navigate to actually find a way to avoid these pitfalls of negative energy that come from the news.
And so many people want to just kind of dump their stuff on you.
It's really sometimes challenging just to get through the day without someone complaining about something.
If you're in a work environment,
Have you seen this?
Of course,
It's not just the work environment,
It's in social media as well,
Of course.
It's out there,
But it's so important that you realize that this is not good for you.
It's almost like eating something that's got poison in it.
If you could actually see the energy that is emitted when there's negative stuff,
Whether it's movies,
TV,
Or news,
Or someone talking,
I see energy and I see auras and it's amazing how this is like a cloud of darkness that can.
.
.
I feel sometimes when people start to do this that I feel like I'm just being surrounded with this negative cloud of energy.
And most people wouldn't understand that,
But I did actually tell someone sometime when they did that.
I said,
Will you please stop?
I'm just being bombarded with this negative energy and it's just very hard for me to digest this.
Now,
There are many tools you learn,
Of course,
To release any of that that happen.
A few ones are again,
Putting that protective light always around you.
It helps to put white light around you all the time.
And your car and wherever you're going.
If you're flying,
Definitely your plane.
There's a lot of people freaking out on planes these days.
Have you noticed that?
So it really helps to put white light around you and the whole plane and everyone in the plane and say a prayer as well.
Prayers are another source.
You can do a prayer in the morning to be able to have that strength,
To ask for that strength to stay positive and to stay in that center where you are strong and positive.
And there's another wonderful thing you can do.
You can always remember to breathe.
Always come back to breath.
Breath sweeps mind.
Because if someone's doing this and you're getting this energy in you,
You need to change your pattern of breathing so you can clear.
And sometimes if it's a very negative situation,
You may actually stop breathing.
You may breathe very shallow.
Shallow breathing can happen in situations.
So just to be able to breathe in and out and clearing,
Clearing breaths.
Now we do know the power of gratitude,
Don't we?
You know,
It can be like a light bulb turned on in a dark room.
All you have to do is think about some blessings that you have.
And you can even share those blessings for the positive side with someone who's going through a negative thing.
Sometimes they really get angry.
They don't want to come out of their darkness.
You shed some light on them,
They may even get angry.
But just breathe.
Ah,
Yes.
And think how grateful you are for all the blessings and how good your life really is.
There's always something to be grateful for.
And that attitude of gratitude works wonders on staying positive.
Now another tool to use for this is doing yoga.
If you start your day or end your day maybe with yoga,
You can learn to just kind of watch your body and do that mindfulness as you're doing your yoga and you'll find where you might have held some of this negative energy.
And you can turn it into positive energy,
Right?
Taking a walk is a wonderful,
Wonderful way to release stress and negative energy and fill yourself with the healing energy that is out there.
And just chill and feel good.
I also find it helpful to read a good book or listen to some wonderful music.
There's so many wonderful pieces of positive music out there and it literally will change your brainwaves.
If you could see your brainwaves listening to positive music,
It's amazing how well that works.
And again,
We go back to affirmations.
You know,
Affirmations really are positive and they can be very strong.
And in fact,
You can set your intention and your day with positive affirmations to remind you also that you can stay positive throughout the day and to be grateful for that wonderful gift,
Right?
To stay positive.
And may I recommend taking a news break.
I know,
I know there's a lot of news out there.
I work in a radio station.
We have news on constantly and it's amazing to me how much this news can just go,
Oh my God,
This is going on.
And next thing you know,
People are talking about the bad news.
So the other thing you might think of is just love.
Love,
Love,
Love.
Going back to love always.
Love conquers all.
Just going to that place of good energy and love.
I'm going to do a brief meditation here just to relax and getting comfortable and going into that wonderful place of light,
That sacred space inside.
Breathing in and breathing out,
Releasing any energy that might have gotten stuck on you.
Any dark clouds,
Just bathe them in white light.
Put yourself in that wonderful protective white light going up,
Up,
Up,
Up,
Up around you,
Above you,
In front of you,
Behind you.
You are in a wonderful field of positive energy.
And let's just breathe in that grateful love energy.
Just feeling ourselves with that light of positive energy.
Breathing in that light,
Holding your breath and breathing out.
Just breathing deeply in,
Holding your breath and scanning your body and letting that light go to any place where you might be having some stuck energy.
Just fill it with light and positive energy.
Check your head,
Check your neck,
Scan your shoulders,
Your shoulder of some kind.
Sometimes hold on to that negative energy.
Just let it go.
Breathe through it,
Release it,
Come into your heart and let your heart be open,
Full of love and positive,
Good energy.
Breathing great love right there into your heart of hearts.
And now come down to the third chakra and release any tension in the liver,
The kidneys and your stomach and the spleen.
Fill it full of light.
Every cell bathed in light and going to the second chakra,
The feeling chakra,
Release any negativity.
Just let it go and going down to the base chakra.
Now,
I want you just to bathe in this wonderful feeling of positive energy.
Let yourself absorb this good energy.
Breathe it in,
Become it,
Be it,
Feel it,
Love it.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Know that you can do this anytime,
Anywhere,
Any place.
You can go to this place of wonderful positive energy and release anything that might have come and wanted to attach to you,
Any negative place or space or darkness.
Just you don't need that.
You can control it and you can let it go.
So now I just want to take the moment to say thank you for staying positive and for sharing.
Every person sharing positive energy is sharing that energy through the whole collective unconscious in the world.
And you're doing a lot of good to fight off that negative energy and the negative forces.
