Take a moment to arrive.

Let your body settle.

Let your breath soften.

This moment is yours to receive.

Rest is a gift you are worthy of.

You belong here exactly as you are.

In your life you may have learned to push yourself,

To be strong,

To hold it together,

To care for everyone else gently except yourself.

You offer others understanding,

Warmth,

Compassion.

Yet you speak to yourself with pressure,

Expectation and perfection.

But you were not born like this.

You came into the world soft,

Curious and open.

And that softness still lives in you.

It has not disappeared,

Only been forgotten.

Place one hand on your heart.

Feel the warmth beneath your palm.

This is the same heart that loved freely when you were small.

The same heart that deserves tenderness now.

Slow inhale.

Soft exhale.

Now imagine holding the 5 year old version of you.

The one who just wants to love,

Feel safe and be held.

The softness,

The innocence,

The truth within you.

You would never say to that child,

You are not enough.

You must earn your worth.

You must be perfect before you deserve love.

You would hold yourself with compassion.

You would whisper,

It's ok to rest.

It's ok to feel.

You are enough.

Now let the version you are today receive that same gentleness.

Inhale softness.

Exhale judgment.

Inhale compassion.

Exhale pressure.

Let these intentions move through your body.

I deserve the gentleness I give to others.

I am allowed to be loved.

Because your worth is inherent.

It exists without effort.

You are allowed to grow while also letting joy in.

Your desire for softness is wisdom.

A strength that supports your resilience.

Gentleness deepens your capability,

Strengthens your success and brings you into wholeness.

It is coming home.

And while you already treat others with love,

It's time to treat yourself the same way.

Pleasure,

Joy,

Nourishment,

Beauty.

These are not rewards.

They are part of being human.

Let your heart absorb this truth.

I choose to be gentle with myself.

Again softly.

I choose softness as love.

I treat myself with the same care I offer others.

This is how wholeness begins.
