From where you currently are,
And the other,
Your desires,
Where you wish to be.

We begin this practice here by closing down your eyes.
As we center your mind and heart with intentional breathing,
Inhale deeply for a count of 6.
Hold at the top,
And release for 6.
Inhale once more,
Focusing your attention on your expanding ribs,
And exhale through the mouth.
Inhale for another count of 6.
Hold the breath,
And exhale.
It's here within this practice we call meditation,
Under the nurturing energy of a new moon,
That we shift our focus to the gentle rhythm of the body breathing.
There's a profound understanding that there's always another breath.
Breathing is an effortless act.
A new moon surrounds you like the air.
With each breath offering a fresh start,
A consistent rhythm of rebirth all around you.
Taking another intentional breath in,
Feeling how it flows within your body,
And exhale,
Releasing through the mouth.
With this potent energy of Gemini,
We have the opportunity to enact significant changes in our lives.
A chance to cross the bridge.
So,
With your eyes still gently closed,
We set our intentions for the month ahead,
Considering what accomplishments you would like to achieve.
What are you striving for that waits for you just beyond the Gemini bridge?
This upcoming season reminds us,
When your will is concrete,
It makes no difference where you land.
New experiences lack the emotional entanglements and expectations that more developed areas of your life might hold.
This is a time of openness.
Trust that everything will unfold just as it should.
You can't get your life wrong.
