Namaste.
Welcome to this self-confidence affirmation meditation.
I want you to just take a moment to get comfortable.
You can do this meditation seated but you can also do this standing whilst you're walking,
Brushing your teeth or lying down in bed.
This meditation does not require you to close the eyes but if you can you may.
Take a few moments here to wriggle,
Get movement out of the body.
Allow yourself to be as comfortable as possible.
I just want to take a moment here to acknowledge you.
Take a moment here to acknowledge yourself that you have took this time for yourself,
That you have came onto this meditation to improve your self-confidence and help you with your self-love.
Let's take a deep breath together.
Inhaling through the nose,
Holding the breath at the top and then letting it go through the mouth.
And again,
Deep inhale,
Hold and complete exhale.
Allow your body to soften.
Feel the muscles in your face relax.
Notice if there's any tension in the jaw.
Allow the shoulders to melt away from the ears,
Creating space,
Taking up space.
Notice how it feels to be in your body in this moment.
Your body,
Your vessel.
This vessel that allows you to move through life,
To experience this journey we have here on the earth.
So now you can repeat these affirmations either in your mind or you can repeat them out loud.
Take what resonates with you and leave what doesn't.

Take a big inhale through the nose.
Let the belly,
Ribs,
Chest fully expand.
Hold your breath at the top.
And then slowly let go through the mouth.
Allow those words,
Those affirmations to ripple through your body.
Take a moment here to remind yourself that you deserve to be confident.
You deserve to be confident in yourself,
In your own skin,
In your life.
You are worthy.
You are deserving.
You are enough.
