Welcome to this mirror work meditation.

Mirror work is a powerful tool for self-transformation,

Allowing you to connect deeply with yourself on a soul level.

By looking into your own eyes and speaking affirmations of love and truth,

You begin to rewrite the story of how you see yourself.

Each time you engage in this practice,

You nurture self-acceptance,

Build confidence,

And open the door to a more joyful and abundant life.

Now find a mirror where you can sit comfortably.

Position yourself so you can look directly into your own eyes.

Before we begin,

Let's connect with our breath and relax the body.

Close your eyes for a moment and take a deep breath in through your nose and gently exhale through your mouth.

Again,

Inhale deeply,

Letting your breath expand through your chest and belly,

And exhale,

Releasing any tension.

One more time,

Breathe in,

Filling your body with peace and calm,

And exhale,

Letting go of any worries or stress.

Feel your body softening,

Your shoulders dropping,

Your jaw relaxing.

Let yourself be fully present in this moment.

Now slowly open your eyes and look into the mirror.

Look into your own eyes,

Deeply as if you are gazing into your soul.

This is a sacred moment between you and yourself.

Take a few breaths as you hold this connection.

It may feel uncomfortable at first to connect to yourself in this way,

But it gets easier with practice.

Repeat these affirmations,

Either aloud or silently,

As you look into your eyes.

I am worthy of love and respect.

I deeply and completely accept myself just as I am.

I am a being of infinite worth and light.

Abundance flows to me effortlessly.

I know who I am,

And I love who I am.

I am magnetic to all of life's blessings.

I radiate confidence,

Joy,

And love.

I am proud of who I am and who I am becoming.

I trust myself and my journey.

I forgive myself for past mistakes and embrace my growth.

I am deserving of happiness and fulfillment.

Things are always working out for me.

I love and honor the person I see in the mirror.

Take a moment to let these affirmations settle within you.

Feel their truth resonating in your heart.

Now take one more deep breath in and exhale.

Look into your eyes and thank yourself for showing up today.

Each time you do this mirror work,

You strengthen your connection with yourself,

Rewrite old beliefs,

And step into a more empowered version of you.

Carry this love and confidence with you as you go about your day.

You are worthy,

You are enough,

And you are becoming the best version of yourself.

When you're ready,

Step away from the mirror,

But hold on to this feeling.

The more you practice mirror work,

The more you will see its transformative power in your life.

Go out into your day and shine brightly.

You've got this.

The mirror work guided meditation is perfect. I have been searching for an audio exactly like this for so long, and I found it. I can’t wait to show up for myself tomorrow and the day after.
