Sit up nice and tall and take a slow deep breath in and deep breath out.

You can keep your eyes open or gently close your eyes,

Letting go of the mind,

Letting go of distractions and all the things to do.

Just become aware of your breath in this moment,

Noticing the natural flow of your inhale and your exhale,

Breathing in and out.

When you're ready gently open your eyes.
