Hello,

My name is Kori and we are going to spend the next 25 minutes or so meditating together.

So if you'd like to get comfortable,

Make sure that you're sat in a comfortable seated position for your meditation.

If you're still in bed and it's morning time and you want to stay in bed and lay down,

Then this is your meditation practice.

So make sure it feels and looks however you want it to look.

Get comfortable is my point.

Comfortable is happy when we come to meditation because the body and most of the sensations in the body,

Whether you need to go pee or whether you've got to move your sit bones or move your ankles when you meditate,

The body comes first.

So the voice of your body is loud.

So it will speak to you louder than you trying to tap into your right side of your brain to meditate and change the frequency of your brainwaves.

The body will say,

Nope,

Sorry,

Got to pee.

And it will just keep repeating itself over and over and over until you listen.

And it can make it very hard to fall into the right side of your brain to meditate.

So make sure that the left side of your brain is super comfortable and we're pleasing the left side of the brain by making sure that you're comfy and relaxed and everything is good around you.

That's the whole point.

If you can slow down your breathing for me,

Make sure that your breath is becoming calmer and slower in a pace that feels good for you.

Make sure that if you are seated,

That your spine is nice and straight.

Relax your jaw slightly and move your head forward in your seated position,

Just so you're lowering your chin just a smidgen.

That way,

With your eyes closed,

You're changing the horizon slightly.

If you look forward with your eyes closed,

You'll see it feels as if there's an horizon line out there.

When you drop your chin down,

The horizon line comes a little bit higher.

This allows the back of your neck to relax.

You're not straining your neck in any way.

Separate your teeth so that you have some space between your teeth so that your jaw can soften.

And then I'd like you to imagine that you're walking down a path.

You can use your imagination on where that path is.

It could be in the forest.

It could be out in the middle of a field that's wide open.

It could be a path going through a country village.

Just imagine that you're walking on this path,

Playing with your imagination,

Looking around,

Aware you've chosen to put yourself to astral travel to in your mind.

Maybe there's people in this imaginary scene,

Or maybe it's completely open and quiet and it's just you.

Where would you like to be this morning?

Imagine you're walking right there.

You can feel the path underneath your steps.

There's a sound to your walking.

If you listen carefully,

You can hear your feet touching the ground,

A rhythm that's happening with the pace that you're walking at.

Use your imagination again and put yourself in a setting with the weather that you would prefer.

Is it a nice sunny day with clear blue skies?

Or is it crispy morning,

Fresh?

Maybe there's dew still on the trees.

You can feel the moisture,

The cool moisture in the air on your skin.

What do you smell?

Wake up your senses.

What do you smell on your walk this morning?

If you're by the ocean,

Do you smell the sea?

Do you smell the woods?

Do you smell the earth?

Maybe if you're in a village,

You can smell the bakery.

This is all about play.

Allowing your mind and your imagination to play.

Ahead of you,

Wherever you're walking,

I'd like you to create a building.

A building that looks like an old castle type building.

As if it's been there a very long time.

And that's your destination.

That's what you're walking towards.

In this building,

There's many layers and different windows and your destination is to a room at the very top.

You start to walk towards the big doors.

And as you walk into this castle type dwelling,

Take a look around.

You'll see a staircase somewhere in this space on the ground floor.

A staircase maybe that's big and grand or maybe it's off to one side.

Making your way over to the staircase so that you can start to walk up as many flights of stairs you need to to get to this small room at the top.

And when you get to the small room at the top,

I'd like you to just stand at the door.

Not go into the room straight away.

So just make your way up the stairs.

Up and around however you have to get there.

And when you reach the door at the top,

Just take note of all of the details of this door.

Look at the size of the door,

The color of the door.

Whether there's a handle,

What the handle looks like.

Is it on the left?

Is it on the right?

The room beyond this door is quite a basic room.

It's like a storage room of sorts where whoever owns this room,

This house,

Keeps just all the old things.

So it's got old blanket boxes and chests with old clothes and things like that in it.

So we're going to go through this door in just a few moments,

Not just yet.

There's a vanity type table in the room and on that table,

On that vanity,

There is what looks like a wooden jewelry box.

That's what we're going to focus on and find when we get inside of this room.

But everything else in there is like just odds and ends that they don't use in the rest of the house.

So when I count to three in just a few moments,

On one you'll open the door,

On two you'll walk through the doorway and then on three you'll close the door behind you and you'll find yourself in this small room at the top of the castle.

One,

Two,

Three.

First of all,

Just look down at your feet and notice the ground that you're standing on.

You can whittle your feet around,

Move them around,

Move off your left,

Feel the right,

Just kind of step back and forward on your feet and feel what the ground feels like underneath your feet.

Is it wooden?

Does it have some kind of carpet covering?

What does it look like for you?

And then look up and look over to your left and notice what you see on the left side of this space.

Maybe it looks like one of those rooms that's super interesting and you'd love to go through all the different chests and sets of drawers just to see what's in here,

To hold trunks and cases and boxes.

Look over to your right and notice what's on the right side of the room.

Is there a window in the room that's letting light in?

Does it look dusty in there?

Maybe some cobwebs or maybe it's really clean still.

Look around the room for the vanity with the wooden jewelry box on and when you see it in there,

Start to walk over to it until you're stood right next to it.

When you're there,

Don't open the jewelry box just yet.

Grab a hold of the jewelry box and then look around the space and see if there's a box or a chest or something that you can sit on with the box.

Make your way over and sit down if you haven't done so already.

Inside of this box is light,

That's it,

Just light.

It's like a beam of very strong bright light but it has everything in that light that you need.

It's light,

It contains all that is.

It's a box,

A jewelry box,

Full of light.

If you're ready,

Go ahead and open it and allow it to spill its contents onto your face and into your eyes and onto your body.

Just let yourself be covered in the light.

Why you've come all this way to be with a box of light is because the light has the ability to take away all shades of shadow,

All shades of darkness.

Whether it's waking up bloated and tired,

Whether it's waking up heavy and sad,

Whether you're waking up with some anxiety this morning,

Maybe you're waking up feeling really happy and good,

And that's okay too.

The light will only amplify the light that's already in you.

But it's also going to pour light onto whatever heaviness or darkness you have inside of your mind and your body this morning,

Like a ray of sunshine just beaming strongly through your body.

And as it enters into your cells and your skin,

Let the light start to change your frequency.

Imagine the light has the ability to speed up the vibration and the energy inside of your body,

Raising your frequency,

Raising your vibration just by being doused in this light.

It's a very special box of light.

This box of light is something that you're going to take back with you today.

So it's with you at all times and all you would have to do in the future is just maybe take a couple of calming breaths and close your eyes and then reach for your jewelry box of light and sit with it for a few minutes to change your frequency just like you are doing right now.

You don't have to do anything,

You don't have to think,

You don't have to breathe in a specific manner,

You just have to allow the light to penetrate into your system.

Like a box of sun.

Just breathe in your normal relaxed way,

Make sure that you're comfortable on this seat that you're sat in and allow the light to just do its work and its magic on your system.

Feel it moving all the way through your arms to your fingertips.

See if you can go inwards and just feel the sensation of the light inside of your body,

Feel the tingling sensation in your hands and your fingers.

See if you can feel the light in your heart space.

Imagine that the light particles are like tiny little bubbles raising your frequency,

Bringing space and light,

A sense of calm and peace into your body.

And give yourself about 30 more seconds of this light,

Just breathe it in,

Pull it into your being all the way down to your toes.

When I click my fingers and I count to three,

You'll find yourself standing outside of your own house,

Maybe staring at your front door.

One,

Two,

Three,

Looking at your door there in front of you that you've seen many,

Many times going into your home.

I'd like you to imagine that you have the box right there with you,

You're either holding it with your left hand or your right hand.

You brought the box back with you.

Open your front door,

Where in your space would you like to keep this box?

Would you like to keep it in your bedroom?

Is it somewhere downstairs or in a special room where you'd like to keep it?

Where would you like to keep your box?

Make sure that you're walking over to where you'd like to store it.

Obviously know that this is your astral body that's traveling in this meditation journey and your astral body will remember where you put the box of light.

And whenever your mind and your physical body is in need,

Your astral body will be able to very easily recall and go back to this space to open your box and just sit with your box of light for however long you need.

On any day you wish,

At any moment,

So that you can just self-soothe,

Self-heal,

Change your own frequency,

Your own body's place of being wherever it's at.

Get rid of the heaviness,

Bring in some light whenever you want to.

You don't need anybody else to do that.

You can shift your frequency all by yourself.

And now when I count to three,

You can find yourself back in the space and you can open your eyes and come back to me.

One,

Two,

Three.

Opening your eyes,

Coming back into the space,

Back into your room,

Back into your beautiful body,

Filled with light and space and high frequency.
