Coriander decided she wanted to be a ballerina.
The problem was,
Coriander hadn't started practicing ballet when she was small.
And normally,
To be any good at ballet,
You kind of have to start young.
That way your body forms around the exercise,
You get stronger,
Your feet get used to it,
The frame of your body kind of gets used to it.
Ballet is quite an intense sport,
Really,
If you think about it.
It's very,
Very,
Very hard.
And you have to be super strong and dedicated to be able to do it,
To be good at it.
So Coriander the witch,
Being a witch,
Not doing ballet when she was small,
Decided she was going to do some magic.
She was going to do some magical tricks to make ballet part of her world.
And this is what she did.
And the things that she did,
You too can do.
If there's something that you want and desire in the world,
To make it happen,
You can do exactly what Coriander's doing.

I'll tell you all about it.
So the first thing was,
Coriander decided that she had to get strong.
She had to be stronger.
So what she did was,
She decided for her breakfast every morning,
She was going to have a protein shake.
Because protein makes you strong,
Right?
Other things in food do other things for you,
Like fat feeds your brain,
And carbohydrates make you have energy.
Well,
Protein gives you muscle.
So she needed carbohydrates for energy.
She needed her brain,
Obviously,
So she needed fats.
And she needed protein for her bones and her muscles,
Sorry.
So Coriander did something very physical that doesn't sound magical at all.
She decided she was going to have a protein shake every morning for breakfast.
Strawberry flavor,
Banana flavor,
Chocolate flavor,
Vanilla flavor.
But this protein shake,
How she made it magical was by doing this.
So first of all,
While she was stirring the spoon,
And we know that she was a witch,
So she would stir and then let go and the spoon would carry on stirring,
Because she could do that because she was a witch.
But still,
As she was stirring the shake together,
Mixing it before she drank it,
She put her intentions into the shake.
So she would say,
This shake is going to make me strong.
This shake is going to give me determination,
Grace.
This shake is going to help me to dance.
This shake is going to make my muscles strong,
So I can do dancing,
Do ballet for a long time.
This shake is going to make my brain happy,
So I can focus and keep practicing.
That's what she did.
She put all of her intentions into the shake.
She didn't just make the shake in the morning and then drink it.
No,
She made making her shake a magical ritual.
That's step number one.
Step number two is visualization.
Coriander would close her eyes every day,
Especially while she sat drinking her magical shake.
She would close her eyes and she would see herself as a ballerina.
She saw herself with her tutu and her pretty pink ballet shoes.
She had her hair in a bun.
She was listening to ballet music and she was dancing.
This is visualization.
Coriander saw herself as much as she possibly could in her mind as a ballerina.
She felt like a ballerina.
She was dancing.
She was doing pirouettes.
She was making it happen in her mind as much as she could.
And in her mind,
She could feel it.
She could smell it.
Like she could smell the room,
The oils or the perfumes.
She could taste it.
She was being it as much as she could.
Already,
As if it was already so,
She was a ballerina.
And she did this every day.
Now,
Step number three is what can you do physically to help these things?
She put a bar up in her witchy room so she could practice ballet on the bar.
That's something physical she could do.
But she was doing it.
It was helping towards her magic.
The other physical thing was she listened to ballerina style music.
What would you do ballet to?
What kind of music?
Probably classical,
Right?
So she did that.
She played the classical music.
She listened.
She visualized.
She consumed.
She put intention.
In her magical potions.
Everything she did was thought through ritual,
Visualizing her potion.
Anything real that she could do.
She got her bar.
She listened to her music.
She even started to dress in ballerina outfits.
And guess what happened?
Within a month,
Coriander was a ballerina.
She walked it.
She talked it.
She danced it.
She felt it.
She believed it.
She was it.
Now,
I'm not saying Coriander was on stage some famous ballerina or anything.
No.
But in Coriander's world,
She did ballet.
In Coriander's world,
She was a ballerina because she made it happen.
She made all of her magic,
Her potions,
Her witchy,
Witchy actions.
She made them happen.
Okay?
And that's how you make magic.
That's how you make it happen.
Whatever you desire.
