Are you ready to lay down and meditate with Kori?

Make sure that you're comfortable in your bed so that you can completely relax your body and let go of your day.

This meditation is all about a very ordinary girl.

Her name was Korianda.

She lived in a small,

Ordinary house on a very normal,

Ordinary street in the middle of nowhere really special.

A place in England that she loved very,

Very much because at this point in her life she didn't really know anywhere else in the world.

Korianda was 12 and like I said,

She was a very ordinary girl.

That's what she thought.

But really,

Korianda wasn't ordinary at all.

Korianda was a witch.

Now when you think about being a witch you think of old ladies with big,

Long,

Warty noses that hackle and look kind of scary in the pointy hats.

It's very rare that you think of a witch in a positive way.

Especially if you look into history and you realize that most witches were burned at the stake or drowned because they were thought to be very scary,

Evil people.

But in truth,

Being a witch just means you're in touch with all of your human and spiritual abilities.

If you're intuitive,

If you think about things before they even happen,

If you hear the telephone ring and you already know who's on the other end,

Those things would mean back in history that you were a witch.

But today we don't really think about it like that,

Do we?

So Korianda had absolutely no clue that she was a witch.

But she did have some very interesting experiences.

She wasn't psychic as a baby.

She didn't see ghosts.

She couldn't do crazy things like fly through the sky.

So why would you think you're a witch?

But when Korianda thinks back to her childhood,

She used to do something at night that when she got older and she told people about,

No one else did.

Korianda would go to sleep just like any other kid.

Nighttime,

Tired,

Pajamas,

All of that stuff.

But when she would go to sleep,

She would close her eyes and somehow,

Not too long later,

She would feel like she was walking across a very small,

Ordinary bedroom towards a set of drawers that she had in her room.

The drawers were made of wood and had been painted many,

Many times.

At the moment they were pink.

She would open the top part of the drawer,

Which opened like a door on the left and a door on the right,

And then it would expose a big shelf inside.

And underneath that was two ordinary looking drawers where she would keep her socks and her undies and things like that.

But at nighttime,

She would walk towards the drawers,

Open the two big doors at the top,

And climb inside,

Close the doors,

And find herself sliding down the biggest slide.

Now this happened every single time.

It was always the same.

She would walk across her bedroom,

Open the doors,

Climb inside,

Close the doors,

And then as if by magic,

This was just part of the drawers,

It would turn into a slide that always swirled and turned and went around and around.

It wasn't just one of those slides that went straight down.

It was like a corkscrew slide,

As if it was taking her somewhere far,

Far away.

And it always did,

Always.

But she never went to the same place.

The actual slide ride only felt like it lasted for seconds.

But while she was in there,

It would start as if it was dark and she couldn't really see,

And then she would get faster going down the slide.

And then there would be like bright lights shooting by really fast,

As if she was travelling through the sky on a rocket ship or something.

And if you can imagine doing that,

Just sat on the top of a rocket ship,

Flying by through the sky at night.

The stars would look like shooting stars flying all over the place,

Wouldn't they?

Like really fast lights just whipping by on either side of her,

All around her face.

That's what it felt like going down the slide.

And then all of a sudden there would be a bump.

When she got to the bottom of the slide,

She never remembered walking.

After the bump,

She'd always fly.

And on this particular night,

She'd got out of her very ordinary bed.

Her big sister was asleep next to her.

She'd walked across the bedroom,

Opened the bedroom drawers,

The top part of the cupboard,

Climbed inside,

Closed it behind her,

Travelled down her slide just like she always did,

And then she was flying.

At this point she never saw herself flying.

It was like a bird looking down from the sky.

And her view wasn't normal.

It wasn't like a bird where you could look around and see everything.

The view that she saw was quite complexed.

It would be clear in the middle,

Then fuzzy around the outsides.

As if you were looking down a looking glass,

And you couldn't see anything else but the middle part.

Everything else around it was always fuzzy.

If you've ever gotten a migraine,

You'll know what I mean.

It's the same.

You look through your eyes,

And it's clear in the middle,

And then the outside all around like a circle or an oval.

It just looks like fuzzy flashing lights or fuzzy shapes.

You can't see anything on the peripheral vision of your eyes.

It's just like that when coriander is flying.

So on this night she was flying and looking down,

And she thought to herself,

Why am I flying over the pyramids?

Coriander didn't know which pyramids she was flying over,

Until she did some research later because there's so many pyramids in the world.

You automatically assume that you're seeing a pyramid,

It must be the ones in Egypt,

The most famous ones.

But there's pyramids all over.

There's even pyramids at the bottom of the ocean.

That's a whole other journey coriander can tell you about.

But on this time that she was flying,

She figured out when she saw the Sphinx that she was definitely flying over the pyramids in Egypt.

Three of them,

All spaced out,

One big one and two smaller ones a little bit further away.

She was drawn to the Sphinx,

Particularly the Sphinx's left foot.

Now if you don't know anything about pyramids and the Sphinx,

Tomorrow when you wake up,

Go have a look.

The Sphinx is like a giant stone cat that guards the pyramids in Egypt.

That's the Sphinx.

And he lays very proud with two paws out in front.

She was flying towards the left paw.

On these journeys,

The magical cupboard journeys she used to call them,

Time isn't the same as ordinary time.

It's much faster.

Everything that you think happens right there and then.

And you can fly through walls.

You can fly through the floor.

You can fly through doors.

What Coriander didn't realize she was doing was a thing called astral travel.

Astral traveling is when you're normally asleep,

Your physical body is asleep,

You know,

Your body that you live in every day.

But then there's other parts of us,

All of us,

Not just Coriander.

This is every single one of us that live here on Earth.

We all have other bodies,

Bodies that are called energy bodies.

And one of those energy bodies is called an astral body.

Now you don't have to think about this too much if you don't want to.

Just know that you're made of energy.

You've got physical energy in your body.

That's why you're physical and you have a physical body.

But then there's also these other parts of you that are made of energy that you can't see.

That's what I'm talking about.

The invisible bodies that you have.

And simply put,

One of those invisible bodies is called an astral body.

This body is the one that you dream with.

So whenever you dream and you go do something in your dreams and it feels like you're actually there but you know that you're not there because you're asleep in your bed,

That's what's happening.

You're in your astral body,

Your invisible body,

And you're traveling what feels like in a whole different world.

Because it is.

It's a different world that we don't see in the daytime.

You only see it at nighttime or when you sleep.

There's much more about that that Coriander is going to share with you.

But for now,

Just know that Coriander decided she was going to fly into the Sphinx's left paw.

That's exactly what she did.

When she got inside,

It was like a whole other world under there.

It wasn't just concrete or stone or dirt.

It was actually a passageway that led to a staircase.

There were seven levels on the staircase.

Seven steps that stopped and then turned around and went down again seven steps seven times.

She counted the steps and thought that was very interesting.

Seven must be a very magical number.

Now remember,

Coriander was only very small at this time,

But yet she intuitively knew.

That's when you just know.

No question.

You don't have to read it.

No one has to tell you.

It's when you gut knows.

When you just know something is good or true or right.

Coriander knew seven must be a very magical number.

She went down all seven steps stairs.

What she found underneath,

She didn't understand.

But she knew it was something important.

It was like giant rooms that she found out later when she got older and she studied more about Egypt.

But those rooms were special tombs.

The tombs were places where someone important had died in the past in Egypt.

They had mummified their bodies and preserved them and put them in the tombs.

That again is a whole other Coriander tale that I can tell you about in the future.

In these tombs,

Coriander noticed on this particular journey that there was lots of writings and marks on the walls.

Pictures.

Pictures that looked like a type of language that said something very special.

She knew it,

But she couldn't understand any of it.

She later found out that those pictures and that writing was called hieroglyphics,

Which is a very cool writing.

All of a sudden,

There was a loud noise.

It always happened the same way.

Something would pull her invisible body back into her normal body.

And she would wake up,

Laid in bed in her ordinary bedroom,

In her very ordinary house,

On an ordinary street.

And that was that.

Coriander had her magical cupboard rides most of her childhood.

That was just the beginning.

Just one of the clues.

To her later finding out that she was a witch.

A very awesome,

Interesting,

Very ordinary,

But at the same time very magical,

Witch.

To hear more tales about Coriander,

Stay tuned.

Namaste,

My little friend.
