Cherry and Veya were over at Leo and Tucker's apartment.
Leo and Tucker had just had a Jacuzzi,
A Jacuzzi fitted in their bathroom.
They were very excited.
They all were going to go into the Jacuzzi together because it was so big.
It was just the right temperature.
It was very nice and warm and the bubbles,
The jets were very powerful.
Leo had been pondering over whether he was ever gonna try the Jacuzzi.
I don't think I'm ready said Leo.
I'm not sure if I am going to feel claustrophobic,
Overheated,
Possibly irritated.
I could possibly have some kind of an allergic reaction to the bubbles.
I don't know how I feel about those powerful jets.
You never know where they're going to shoot.
I don't think I'm ready for this.
Tucker said,

Leo just chill out.
Chill out Leo.
It's gonna be so relaxing.
It's gonna be so relaxing and I promise we didn't put anything with chemicals into the bathtub.
We didn't put any shampoos with any chemicals or any colorings or any perfumes.
It's all natural.
It's all paraben free.
It's all natural earth stuff in the Jacuzzi and we couldn't put too much anyway because have you tried putting bubble bath in the Jacuzzi?
It goes absolutely ridiculous and you get bubbles all over the bathroom and I only know because I did it yesterday and I got in a lot of trouble off as parents.
So we're not allowed to put any bubbles in the Jacuzzi.
We can just put maybe some essential oils in so it smells really nice and I just did lavender because lavender is very good for your skin Leo and it won't irritate your your fur at all.

Heidi's been reading all about it haven't you Heidi?
Heidi said yes I have and apparently for New Year's when it comes to exactly the New Year when it comes to 12 o'clock on midnight and then it turns into January the 1st 2021.
Apparently everyone sets New Year resolutions.
That means you think of something that you would like to let go off from the old year and you focus on creating a new you.
A new beginning.

Hmm me just can't wait for new beginnings.
Me thinks that it's been so hard being trapped in the house all this year and you know when you go out and you have to wear a mask and it's so restricting and I've never quite found the perfect mask to go with all my different dresses and it's just been you know it's been so hard and I've missed my friends and the biggest thing I've missed is hugs.
I've really missed hugs.
I like to hug everyone and you can't can you?
So hopefully 2021 I think it's going to be a much nicer year where we can all hug each other again.

That's what you've missed out of all the things that we could have been doing all year.
I know we've been kind of busy anyway but you know you know what I've missed the most you know what I've missed the most?
Crowded trains.
No kidding what's so fun about crowded train?
Absolutely nothing.

You know what I have missed the most?
Crowded airplanes.
No I haven't I haven't I'm just joking I'm just trying to think of anywhere what would be really really crowded and you're not supposed to go in crowds are you so?
Anyway no you know what I've missed the most?
Movie theatres.
Yeah that's what I've missed the most because you know there's nothing beats going to a movie and sitting next to somebody and eating popcorn and like screaming at the scary bits in a movie theatre or laughing and everybody laughs with you in the movie theatre and then I like the movies that you watch where they all clap at the end because it's like some kind of superhero movie that you watched or something and in those superhero movies that they always save the day don't they?
Because you know have you ever seen a superhero movie where they die?
You haven't have you?
Have you ever seen a superhero movie where they they don't win?
No you haven't have you?
So like at the end they always clap don't they?
They always clap and go yay yay for America or whatever they do so but that's only if you're in America.
Anyway yeah I've missed movie theatres.
Movie theatres are like the bestest in the worldest and I've really really missed them.

Dog beach said Tucker.
I missed the dog beach but to be honest I'm not allowed to go on the dog beach anyway because I always want to eat all the tiny little puppies so that's really not true.
I haven't been on the dog beach for the longest time I've only ever been on a dog beach twice and then my parents won't let me go on anymore because it was too stressful for them because I kept trying to eat every dog I met but and then Leo got really stressed because look my dad had to keep putting me on a lean and he kept shouting at me and then and now I'll just laughing and try to bite all the puppies and ignoring him and Leo always listens to dad and Leo got really stressed because he doesn't like it when dad raises his voice he starts to shake and all of his all of his hives come out and then he gets really nervous and he hides between my mum's legs and I think it's really funny but Leo doesn't think it's funny at all.
Leo said no Tucker it's not funny at all I really don't like it when he raises his voice and I don't like it when he bangs his fingers on his computer or on his phone when things aren't going right and I don't like it when he's trying to do fix-it jobs around the house and he gets really frustrated and he shouts and and bangs things I just don't like it when he's loud.
Tucker said I really don't mind but you know sometimes it does get to me sometimes when Leo's really nervous I feel quite sorry for him and then I get a bit nervous and then both of us just run upstairs and we get on Isabelle's bed and we just hide in Isabelle's bedroom and then we wait until until he's finished his odd jobs because that's the face.
Let's face it it's the safest thing to do.
Heidi said getting back to New Year's resolutions I think that's a great idea Cherry I think we should all get into the jacuzzi we should all relax and then think about what we would like for a new year a new start what what habits would we like to let go of what beliefs in ourselves you know the ones where you say I'm not good enough I don't think I'm brave enough I don't think I could do that.
Cherry said are you taking the mickey eye to me you sounded just like me then and I never said that because I'm so brave and I am awesome and I think I'm the bestest cat in the world so you must be mistaken you must be talking about someone else like Veya.
Veya said no I think I'm very happy with myself I think I like all of my beliefs and I think I like about my whole body I don't have any problems with my paws or anything like that I'm very very self-secure in my body image and yeah yeah I'm fine but I will think about it Heidi.
Heidi said well I wasn't talking about anyone in particular but I think it's worth thinking about you know because sometimes we do harbor beliefs that are limiting to us and it stops us from achieving our goals and it stops us from being you know who we are naturally so any beliefs that we have that might be negative let's just let them go any new habits new hobbies new beliefs that we want that are positive and good for us and make us strive to achieve our goals that's what we need.
Tukka said oh I know mine I know mine already I can tell you I can tell you but Leo you have to get in the jacuzzi because the jacuzzi bubbles are magic and the jacuzzi bubbles will make you feel really relaxed and when you're really relaxed then you'll be able to think about your New Year's resolution okay so getting no chemicals no no colorings nothing all natural Leo it's all natural everyone climbed into the jacuzzi one by one.
Cherry said OMG OMG I found it I found a really strong bubble stream and it's tickling me back oh it feels so nice oh it's really nice on those on those muscles across my shoulder blades oh it feels so good oh this is lovely Tukka thanks so much thank you so much for inviting us I'm so happy with it so nice it's so relaxing it's so nice Cherry went on for quite some time Tukka kept diving underneath the water and coming back up saying he'd found a ball which he hadn't because there wasn't any balls in the jacuzzi but he thought it was very funny Leo looked very pained he didn't move a muscle he didn't twitch didn't smile he didn't do anything he just kind of grimaced through his teeth and no this is not nice he thought to himself this is really uncomfortable it's very wet and very bubbly and I really don't like it but he didn't say anything he didn't moan to his defense he just kind of grimmed and bared it and sat there and tried very hard to think about a New Year's resolution Cherry said who's going first I think I should go first because I already know my New Year's resolution my New Year's resolution is to be more fantastic to be even more brave to be even more kind to be even more OMG ridiculously fantastically unbelievably awesome like I am because I am right every single thing about me I adore so my New Year's resolution is to just do it a bit more than I do I'm gonna love myself harder than I've ever loved myself I'm gonna I'm gonna treat myself so good I am gonna be my honest biggest fan in the entire world every time I look at myself in the mirror I'm gonna go OMG you're your biggest fan OMG you are so delicious OMG you are so awesome and smart and brave and kind and loving and funny and sweet and adorable and all those fantastic positive things that I can think about saying about myself that are completely true I'm gonna say him that's my New Year's resolution every day I am going to empower myself by staring in the mirror when I brush my teeth and I'm gonna say as many fantastic things I can say about myself who's next Heidi said my New Year's resolution is to read at least three bucks a month wow said cherry that's a lot I do like three pages a year Heidi said well yes well I enjoy to read as we all know and reading is knowledge and the more you read the smarter you get the smarter you get the the more intelligent you become the more intelligent you are the more people listen to you and yes all around I think that three bucks a month is my new goal Leo said I don't think I have one maybe maybe my maybe yeah maybe I could go out and not stress so much that's my New Year's resolution when I go out for walks I'm not gonna stress as much Tucker said well how Leo that's a really good one for you because you know you get so stressed all right my New Year's resolution is to not eat anymore puppies well I'm gonna try I don't you know I don't like to eat them but I do like to pretend that I can if I could if I could eat them I don't know whether I would it's really difficult guys but I'm gonna say my New Year's resolution is to not try and scare anymore puppies I'm not gonna scare anymore little puppies I'm not gonna scare anymore little animals in general I'm gonna try my hardest to just smile and go hello my name's Tucker rather than go yeah that's what I'm gonna try and do okay they are said that will be very difficult for you I think but I think it's the perfect New Year's resolution Tucker mmm my New Year's resolution is to be married what said cherry oh said Heidi Tucker said wowza Leo said oh that sounds dreadful they are said mmm not to me Leo I think I'd like to be married I would like to be a perfect Prince Charming and I would like kittens I would like lots of kittens maybe six kittens and I'd like my own apartment and and I'd like I'd like my and my Prince Charming to cook for me every day and I'd like him to massage my back when I'm a little bit tired and a massage my feet because I like it when they massage your paws and and what else would I like yeah I think that's it I'm gonna get married cherry said via via I'm scared I'm scared because if you get married and you move out that I'm gonna miss you I'm gonna miss you so much don't think I'm ready I don't think I'm ready for that I think you might have to do that next year year after I mean or maybe the year after that because I'm gonna miss you so much I'm gonna miss snuggling you in bed time and I'm gonna miss like watching you in your princess dresses and I'm just gonna miss everything about you don't think I'm ready there I would be alright if you got married and you still live with us but I don't think I'm ready for all those big things that you said Heidi said you know sometimes cherry love means that you have to let people go you have to let your sister go you have to let her be free so that she can grow and be happy and move on with our own world cherry said yeah then obviously I don't love her enough no I've decided my New Year's resolution is to not love my sister and then she has to stay anyway no that doesn't sound right does it because I do love you I love you so much I love you so much I don't think I can let you go I'm gonna have to think about this one but I'll think about it and I'll see if I can get my head around it and then I'll let you know maybe like June or maybe next December maybe next December yeah yeah I might have I might have be be alright with the idea by then anyway I'd like to go to bed I don't feel very well Heidi,
Cherry and Veya all got out of the jacuzzi they dried off told Leo and Tucker that they needed to go home Cherry wasn't feeling very well with the shock of the idea of Veya marrying Prince Charming and getting married and leaving and having kittens she needed to lay down and rest and think on it and sleep on it for a little bit Leo was very happy oh thank goodness can get out this horrible horrible contraption Leo climbed out of the jacuzzi and Tucker decided he was gonna stay in for a while since there was so much room he was gonna do laps I'm gonna do laps I'm gonna swim round around around and go scream swimming I'm gonna keep swimming I'm gonna swim and swim and swim and I'm gonna go round around around and I'm gonna dive for my ball and then come back up dive for my ball come back up dive for my ball come back up until I find my ball Leo said well it's gonna be a long time because there isn't a ball in the jacuzzi Tucker didn't hear him because he was already under water diving away for the ball that wasn't there he was gonna be in there a very long time but Tucker he's quite simple so I'm sure he'll be fine when the cats got home they got settled down into their big soft comfortable cat bed jacuzzi's actually make you very very tired it's like when you go swimming and you're always hungry and then you're tired you don't realize how many muscles you've been working it was just like that for the cats it was a new year a new beginning the clock ticked and ticked and ticked and by the time it eventually got to 12 o'clock the cats were already fast asleep they completely missed happy new year ha ha ha be new year the fireworks were popping outside people were in the streets banging on pots cheering staying away from each other of course it was a new year 2021 it's gonna be awesome it's going to be awesome you watch the end you you you you you you you
