In this relaxing place surrounded by white light,

Feel that love in the center of your chest,
Like a warmth starting to burn right there in the middle of your chest.
Imagine this heat,
This love is penetrating through to your back,
Up over your chest and your shoulders,
Down your arms all the way to your fingertips.
You can feel the heat rush down into your abdomen,
Flow down into your hips,
Your legs,
All the way to the tips of your toes.
You're safe and surrounded by this white light,
And your energy is just pure love.
Breathe in and breathe out,
And relax into this sensation.
Let yourself be loved.
Using the power of your mind,
Imagine that you're moving through the white light,
And when you step completely out of it,
You're in your normal reality.
You're back into your real world.

You're heard.
What you say is respected and valued.
