Are you ready to meditate with Kari?
Lay down,
Get comfortable.
Make sure that everything is right with your bed.
Your pillows are all fluffy and soft.
You have your teddy or your doll if you need one.
Stacey was picking strawberries.
She was in the middle of a strawberry field.
In the middle of summer.
On a warm sunny day.
Stacey loved strawberries.
And on this particular day.
The strawberries were the best strawberries she had ever ever tasted.
She was sat down on the ground.
Eating four more strawberries than she was picking and saving.
The strawberries were big and red.
Deep deep red.
And every time she breathed in all she could smell was sweet strawberries.
They were juicy and sweet and just the right texture.
Not too soft and not too hard.
And it seemed that every single strawberry that she picked was better than the last one.
Stacey was in strawberry field heaven.
She picked and picked and picked.
And ate and ate and ate.
To the point where Stacey was so full that she got super tired.
Her tummy was full to the brim of sweet delicious strawberries.
And she ate the whole strawberry patch where she was sat.
She was so full that she had to take a nap right there.
In the middle of all those delicious strawberries.
She laid down and stared up at the sky.
The sky was blue and it was full of birds that day.
Flying all around.
Maybe they were looking for the perfect strawberry too.
There were big white fluffy clouds.
And the clouds looked like shapes of people and faces and animals.
At one point she swears she saw a giant strawberry shaped cloud.
It was big and fluffy and it looked like it had seeds and a green hat just like a strawberry.
The sun was shining down on her body and it was like being covered in a big warm blanket.
And the air was so sweet.
Can you imagine falling to sleep smelling strawberries everywhere?
Stacey closed her eyes and her body started to take over.
It needed to rest.
It was tired and full and very happy.
She laid with her hands on her tummy feeling very content.
Strawberries were her most favorite thing in the entire world.
With her eyes closed she started to dream.
She dreamed that she was a giant.
A giant with big rubber boots.
Her rubber boots were covered in pictures of strawberries.
And she dreamed that she was stomping through the strawberry field making strawberry jam.
Every strawberry that she squashed instantly turned into a jar of jelly jam.
Strawberry flavor.
She stomped around all over the field until the field was covered in jars of jelly.
And then people shaped like strawberries.
Tiny little men and women with strawberry faces and strawberry bodies came along and collected all of the jars of jelly in strawberry shaped baskets.
It was a very strange dream.
Sometimes she would feel like she was waking up just a little bit.
And she'd smell the sweet smell and aroma of strawberries.
And her mind would start to drift back to sleep.
At one point she dreamed that she was a strawberry herself.
That she was like a big helium balloon floating in the sky.
Her whole body and her face was a strawberry.
And she had tiny little legs and arms sticking out of it.
She dreamed that she was a strawberry balloon.
She was floating up over the rivers.
Up through the animal clouds,
The strawberry clouds.
At one point she looked down and one of the rivers was flowing deep bright red.
It was a strawberry jam river.
The boats on the river were all shaped like strawberries.
She floated all the way to the North Pole.
At one point she felt like she bumped into Santa.
And he was even shaped like a strawberry.
That's why his coat's red,
She thought.
He's a strawberry too.
She floated higher and higher.
And then her dream changed.
And she was surrounded by angels.
Angels that looked like strawberries.
And they smelled like strawberries.
They were sweet and soft and very very kind.
One of them didn't look like a strawberry at all.
But she had a strawberry for a nose.
And Stacey thought that was so cute.
She was flying through the sky surrounded by angels.
Strawberry angels.
She went higher and higher.
Until at one point she landed on the moon.
The man on the moon is supposed to be made of cheese.
He's not made of cheese at all.
He's made of strawberries.
Because of the light the moon shines silver instead of red.
But Stacey now knows that even the moon and the man on the moon are made of strawberries.
And she bet that if she popped open the moon and cracked it like a big giant nut.
It would be filled with strawberry jelly.
Everything in the entire world might be made of strawberries she thought.
Cars.
Cars.
I bet they run on strawberry jelly.
Aeroplanes fly on strawberry jelly.
Again she found herself stretching down there on the ground waking up slightly.
But the sun was so warm.
And the smell of strawberries was so sweet.
And her tummy was so full that she had no chance.
She couldn't stay awake.
The next time she dreamed she was riding a red car.
A red car shaped like a strawberry.
And she delivered strawberry jam to every single house in the entire world.
She went all over the place in that car.
She went to Africa.
She went to India.
She traveled all the way to Europe.
She met lots of nice people and they all loved either strawberry jam or strawberry jelly.
Sometimes she would stay and bake with them and make strawberry tarts or strawberry cheesecake or strawberry milkshakes.
It seems almost the entire world loves the perfect strawberry.
Stacey's body was so sleepy.
The ground that she laid on was soft and the dirt was warm.
And her body relaxed completely.
Her head was heavy and sleepy.
The ground felt like a big soft pillow.
She imagined that the sun was covering her in a big warm fluffy red strawberry shaped blanket.
And it was soft underneath her skin.
She was feeling it like it was a furry teddy bear.
It was very warm and comforting.
She felt safe and protected.
And very happy underneath that strawberry shaped blanket.
She relaxed even more deeper and deeper.
As she dreamed there in the strawberry fields for the longest time.
She slept and slept and slept.
Thank you for watching!

Great story and voice , I really did not like the music accompaniment , to me it sounded really odd, didnβt go with the storyline, almost quite scary and also not recorded well, Iβm a musician so quite hot on how the music is. Otherwise really awesome thank you
