We are going to breathe fast and deep.

Suck the power into your lungs.

Squeeze out the negativity.

Be aggressive on your inhale,

Open your chest in,

Remove that pillow from behind your head so your chest can rise off of the bed.

Raise your spine off the bed on your inhale.

Push your spine into the bed on your exhale.

Lift your body off the bed.

Push down into the bed.

Now take three deep breaths.

And holding.

Holding the air,

Shake your hands and feet.

We're going to take another deep breath in.

And let it all go.

Now we're going to put your hands on that gorgeous face of yours and we're going to tap our face with our fingers.

Tap over the cheeks and the forehead.

Waking the face up.

Now we're going to tap the top of our head.

Tapping the top of our head like we're typing on a typewriter.

Now we're going to beat our chest with our fists like we're King Kong.

Beat your chest.

This is your day.

Open your hands and start slapping down your shoulder.

Slap,

Slap your shoulder down to your arm.

Down to your elbow.

Slapping your forearm.

Slapping the top of your hand.

And now switching sides and slapping down the other shoulder.

The other arm.

Slap,

Slap down to the elbow.

The forearm.

And the top of the hand.

Now put those gorgeous hands together and rub them vigorously.

Rub them.

Feel the fire starting.

Feel the power.

Breathe into it.

Don't forget to breathe.

Breathing that power.

Now place your hands on your stomach and massage that area.

Start waking up those gorgeous internal organs.

Raise one leg.

Slap it with both hands.

Slap down the leg.

Slap,

Slap,

Slap.

Slapping down the hamstring to the knee.

Down to the calf.

Back up to the knee and down the hamstring.

Now swap legs.

Raising the other leg and slapping it down.

Slapping down the hamstring,

The knee,

The calf.

Back up to the knee and the hamstring.

Feel that amazing energy going through your whole body.

Now we're going to position ourselves to get out of bed.

Put your feet over the edge of the bed.

Push yourself up.

Put your feet on the ground and stomp those feet on the ground.

Wake them up.

Make the world know that you are out of bed and your destiny is in front of you.

Shake and stretch your whole body.

Shake it out,

Out,

Out.

And stretch,

Stretch.

Bending your body to the left.

Bending your body to the right.

Bend to the back,

Stretching that spine.

And to the front.

Reach your toes.

Stretch your body.

Feel that energy.

Now it's time to walk to your sink and splash some cold water on your face.

Go to that sink.

Open up that cold water tap.

And splash,

Splash,

Splash it all over your gorgeous face.

Now pat yourself dry with a towel.

And look at yourself in the mirror.

Take a look at that gorgeous face.

Put a big smile on it.

And say to yourself,

You are amazing.

You are unstoppable.

The world is ready for your brilliance.

You are a force of nature and nothing can hold you back.

Go have the most amazing day with this energy and power of yours.
