Today I want to guide you through a short meditation that will have some soundscapes as well.
I will begin by taking a seat or laying down,
Somewhere comfortable and just allowing your body to relax in whatever position you choose.
Taking a deep breath through your nose,
Filling up your belly,
Slowly releasing from your mouth and lower.
With each breath you relax more and more.
Keep taking in breaths in through the nose,
Slowly up through the mouth and begin to allow your mind to relax.
Allowing your mind to easily drift,
Drifting into a place that's filled with trees and sounds of water in the background.
A place that's at night,
On a clear,
Clear,
Clear night with the stars shining,
It's a fairy break.
Billions and billions of stars,
Shimmering,
Shining,
Filling your space with brightness,
Filling your soul with shiny,
Shiny light.
And you stay here,
Looking up at the stars,
Billions and billions of galaxies and stars and you allow your mind to relax here.
Coming back to your mind,
Back into your body,
Either drifting to sleep,
Slowly opening your eyes,
Coming back into the room,
Breathing in through your nose,
Out through your mouth and when you're ready,
Open your eyes.
