And thank you for joining me today.
Before we begin,
Let's take a moment to understand what the term interdimensional means.
Imagine our normal,
Everyday reality as a three-dimensional space,
Like a box or a cube.
Interdimensional beings exist in other dimensions beyond our perception.
They may be beings of pure energy or from higher planes of consciousness.
Some examples of interdimensional beings which people have described in the spiritual context can be spirit guides,
Guardian angels,
Beings from other planets or galaxies,
Or others.
Many people believe that interdimensional beings can access and interact with our reality in ways we cannot yet fully comprehend.
Today,
We're going to explore the possibility of connecting with these interdimensional beings,
Specifically our spirit guides.
There's a widespread understanding of what spirit guides are.
In some African belief systems,
The ancestors are thought of as the living dead,
Who continue to show a compassionate interest in the daily lives of their living descendants.
It is believed that because they have crossed over to the other side,
The spirit guides act as mediators between the living and the divine.
According to some Western doctrine,
Spirit guides are not always of human descent.
Some spirit guides live as energy in the cosmic realm or as light beings,
Which are considered by some high-level spirit guides.
Some believe that spirit guides are persons who have lived many former lifetimes and have paid their karmic debts,
And thereby advanced beyond a need to reincarnate.
These descriptions are variable,
But the one thing that is common across doctrines or belief systems is that they are unique to each person and are here to offer guidance,
Support,
And love.
Let's see if we can ask your spirit guides to step forward and introduce themselves in this meditation.
When you're ready,
Find a comfortable position in a chair or bed or other support,
And let your muscles smooth as you feel the weight of your body against that support.
Roll your shoulders and let your arms fall comfortably to your sides,
And then gently close your eyes,
And let's take a few moments to calm our minds and connect with our inner selves.
Set the intention in your mind to relax and to open yourself to introduction to your guides if they are willing and you are ready.
Begin by taking a deep breath in through your nose,
And as you exhale through your mouth let go of any tension or stress.
Now take another breath and this time try to make it even deeper than before,
Completely inflate your lungs,
And exhale fully.
As you exhale get rid of anything negative,
Stress,
Strife,
Anxiety,
Anger,
All of it.
And now one more deep breath,
But this time we will hold for a few seconds,
So inhale deeply through your nose,
Hold it,
And exhale slowly and fully through your mouth,
And as you return to breathing naturally and comfortably,
Imagine yourself standing on a beautiful grassy field.
Feel the warmth of the life-giving sun on your skin,
And the strength of the soft,
Cool earth beneath your feet.
Ground yourself in this energy,
Which has seen so much through the millennia,
And connect with the earth's stability and support.
As you breathe,
Draw in that earth's energy,
And let it comfortably fill your body.
And as you continue to focus on your grounding,
Anchoring breath,
Let's now open our connection to the divine.
Visualize a warm,
Purifying golden light descending from far above,
Entering your crown chakra,
Which is one of your spiritual energy centers located just above your head.
This golden light is a symbol of your connection to a higher consciousness,
And it is opening you up to receive guidance and wisdom.
Continue to breathe naturally and comfortably as you receive the grounding energy from the earth and the divine energy from above.
And now that you are anchored in earth's energy and connected to a higher consciousness,
Picture a safe and comfortable space,
A place where you feel completely at ease.
It can be the peaceful meadow where we began,
Or it can be any place of your choosing.
It could be a serene garden,
A peaceful sunny beach,
Or a cozy room filled with soft light.
Take a moment to fully immerse yourself in this comfortable and tranquil setting,
And as you do,
Make note of not only the details of what you see,
But also what you hear and smell,
And how being here in this moment makes you feel.
Continue to breathe comfortably,
And now focus your attention on the ground a few feet in front of you as you sit in this comfortable space.
There you will see a golden orange orb of pulsating light energy.
This orb is a key that will open a gateway to a higher dimension,
A place where you can connect with your spirit guides and perhaps other interdimensional beings.
Watch carefully as the orb begins to rise slowly upward,
Leaving behind a beautiful glowing line that appears to be forming an opening in a virtual curtain,
Almost as if a zipper is opening up before you.
This curtain is a portal from this dimension to another,
A dimension of higher consciousness,
Bringing you closer to divine energy and connection.
As the orb completes its work,
The opening calls to you,
And you feel a sense of safety,
Curiosity and anticipation.
Take a deep breath and exhale fully and slowly and step forward towards the portal.
As you stand in front of this virtual curtain,
Use your hands to part it gently.
Step through the opening,
And you immediately feel a wave of warmth,
Peace and comfort wash over you.
The spiritual energy here is vibrant and alive,
Surrounding you in a cocoon of white,
Cleansing light.
Somehow you know deep in your heart and deep in your mind that this is a special place,
A place that represents an existence very different from the one in which you normally spend your days.
As you experience the moment,
You feel your heart rate slow and your breathing become deeper and more relaxed.
As you look around,
You see that everything is bathed in that same pure white light that enveloped you as a sedating cocoon.
There are no traditional floors or walls or ceilings.
It is as though you are in the middle of an endless sphere or globe of energy.
Spiritual beings of different colored,
Iridescent light are flying past you in all directions,
Their energy radiating pure joy and love.
Take a moment to simply observe and experience this beautiful and sacred space.
As you do,
Know and believe and trust that your spirit guides are here,
Waiting to connect with you.
Feel their presence,
Their love and their wisdom.
When you are ready,
Open your heart and mind to receive their guidance.
Ask them to come close to you,
And if they are willing,
And if you are ready,
To have them step forward.
They can appear in almost any form imaginable,
As a person,
Or an animal,
Or a plant or tree,
Or a being of light or energy.
They might make themselves known by triggering a familiar sound or smell from your memory that has meaning only to you.
No matter how they appear,
Or even if they do not,
Know that they are present.
Their only purpose is to support you,
To help guide you through what can be a difficult,
Yet remarkable life in this plane.
Be open to any message or symbol that might come through.
Perhaps they will provide a gift to you that will manifest in your mind as you sit peacefully in this space.
You should feel free to ask them any questions that you have,
And trust that they will provide you with the answers,
Precisely as you need them and when you need them.
Sometimes the answers do not come immediately,
But after you sit with the thought for a couple of days or even weeks,
Make a note of what you experience and remain open to communication now and in times to come.
So now take a few moments of quiet contemplation to simply enjoy this indescribable space and time with beings of higher consciousness.
Be open,
Receptive,
And simply experience and enjoy this time until my voice brings you back.
As you continue to breathe deeply and connect with your spirit guides,
Know that you are loved,
Supported,
And guided.
Now thank those beings of higher consciousness for allowing this experience and let them know that you remain open to communication and connection.
Carry the feelings of love,
Tranquility,
And higher knowing with you as you step back through the portal that was opened,
Leaving this special parallel dimension,
And slowly preparing to return to your physical body and surroundings.
When you're ready,
Wiggle your fingers and toes,
Roll your shoulders,
And once again feel the weight of your body in the chair,
Bed,
Or other support.
Bring your attention back now to your physical reality as you take a few deep breaths and ground yourself once again in the present moment.
And when you are ready,
Gently open your eyes,
Look around you,
Reorient yourself,
And give thanks once more for this experience which you will carry with you and to which you can return at any time.
