Transcript

We are diving into this meditation with a few minutes of deep conscious breathing,

In through your nose and out through your mouth.

Inhale and let it out.

Exhale and let it out.

Sigh it out and again.

With each exhale set the intention to release something that's weighing on your mind,

Something you're holding on to or worry about.

Breathe it out.

Let your breath be as intense or as gentle as it feels good for you and try to keep your attention on your breath.

That's the only assignment you have in this moment,

To be and to breathe.

Slowly,

Let your breath fall back into its natural rhythm now,

In and out through the nose.

In this moment it's safe for you.

Let go of everything you're holding on to,

Thoughts,

Feelings,

It's safe for you to let it all go,

To loosen the grip you have on your to-do list or weekly schedule.

Let it all fall off from you,

Everything you experienced today.

Allow yourself to surrender it.

This time before you go to bed is a time to rest and restore,

Embrace the ease that comes from giving yourself permission to let this day go.
