As the summer warmth fills the day,
Let's take a moment to begin the day with ease and clarity.
Sit comfortably,
Close your eyes if you feel safe to do so,
And take a deep breath in and out.
Notice the warmth of the morning.
Maybe the sunlight is touching your skin.
Allow this light to soften any tension in your body.
With each inhale,
Breathe in fresh energy.
With each exhale,
Release any heaviness or tension you may be carrying.
Now bring to mind one intention for today.
Something simple and meaningful.
It could be,
I choose ease,
I am open to joy,
Or I stay present.
Silently repeat your intention with each breath.
Inhale,
I welcome this intention.
Exhale,
I release any obstacles.
As you sit here,
Allow confidence to build,
Knowing you carry this intention with you throughout your day.
Inhale,
I welcome this intention.
Exhale,
I release any obstacles.
Inhale,

Exhale,

Imagine this intention glowing within you,
Like sunlight spreading warmth through your body on a summer morning.
