This five minute track is not as much a practice as it is an opportunity to do-less. It is a small sample of empowering affirmations made in first person statements. These positive words help us to rewrite + recondition some of the daily stories/thoughts that we are often conditioned to believe about ourselves. Find a relaxing place before bed, be still in the morning or take a short break from the everyday-ness + push play. Breath deep + know how absolutely beautiful, amazing + worthy you are.
