The moment we look at someone who is successful,
Who is doing well financially,

The throat chakra or the Vishuddhi chakra does not have a filter so the poison continuously goes down the throat and the fight and the flight mechanism is not switched off and the body suffers from stress and anxiety.
Recognize the fact that there is this stress inside the body.
Say to yourself that you are worthy of love.
You can express how you feel and this is the filter that will restore the balance in the throat chakra.
