Do you wish you had more inner peace?
Do you see yourself worrying,
Feeling nervous,
Having doubt about yourself or your choices or your abilities?
Well,
Holy Mary,
Mother of Peace,
Came today to do a guided meditation to help you feel her blessings of peace and to find your inner peace.
Hi,
I'm Deepa Liu,
And I'm the Creative Mystic.
And I'm here to bless you with divine inspiration,
Spiritual tools,
And techniques so you can develop your intuition,
Grow spiritually,
And shine your light in the world so you can manifest your holy calling.
So it's all about blessing you with transformation of your consciousness,
Helping you shift from fear to love or today to peace,
Or from contraction to expansion.
You wanna be expanding,
Not contracting,
Or from dimming your light to shining your light.
So let's get to Mother of Peace,
Holy Mary,
Mother of Peace.
She wanted to share with you first a little bit about the whole,
I should say,
She wants to share with you what peace is,
Okay,
Because when you look at the image,
When she first came to me in the meditation and I saw her in the vision,
I saw her holding this ball of light.
And as I was painting her,
It came to me to,
She guided me to paint it in this swirling ball of light.
And then she gave me the download.
You know,
One of the things that she's talked about that's really important for you to find your inner peace,
Because your inner peace,
The things she wants you to get,
It's always there,
Okay?
It's always within you,
But all your attention is focused on something else.
What you're worrying about,
What you have doubt about,
You know,
What you have anxiety about,
All the things that grab your attention so that it's not on peace,
Not on your inner peace.
So what she said and the reason why she came showing this swirling ball,
Which I'm gonna show to you here closer up here for the meditation,
Is that peace is a very active process.
In order to have inner peace,
It's actually active.
It doesn't just happen,
You have to actively put your attention on your peace,
Okay?
Now,
If you're listening to this just by a podcast,
You might,
You're gonna have to use your visual,
Your power of your imagination,
Your visualization to connect with Mother of Peace.
But if you're here on YouTube watching the video,
I want you to focus on gazing at her image once I get things going,
Because often she gives you her own little intuitive message to you.
And so we're gonna get going here to go into the guided meditation,
All right?
So let's get started with Mother of Peace.
I'm gonna start with a prayer.
You can follow along or do your own silently.
Obviously,
Since you're watching this on video,
You can do it out loud even,
Okay?
Oh,
But Mother of Peace is wanting me to tell you,
If you know of anybody who is suffering from lack of peace,
Doesn't have that inner peace,
Please share her meditation.
One of the things that these spirit guide portals come to me,
These spirit guides come to me in visions,
Is they really wanna come bless you,
Bless the world in doing this transformation from the fear to peace,
From fear to love,
From that fear,
That worry,
That anxiety,
That lack of peace,
To having that divine connection where you feel peaceful,
You feel joyful,
You feel loving,
All the aspects of the divine.
Today,
We're gonna focus on peace,
Okay?
So let's get started.
We're gonna start with the prayer.
So let's just focus on your breath for a moment before I start the prayer,
Taking those deep belly inhalations.
When the belly rises with the inhalation and falls with the exhalation,
Taking these deep belly breath and drawing in the energy of focus.
And with the next exhalation,
Just let go of any distractions,
Any busyness of the day.
Just let that go through your breath.
Mother of Peace is saying that your breath is a powerful tool.
It's one of your superpowers.
And by deep belly breathing,
Where the belly rises with the inhalation and falls with the exhalation,
You're able to connect with your inner peace.
With each inhalation,
You draw in the energy of focus,
Of focusing on Mother of Peace,
Of the blessings of your peace.
And with each exhalation,
You let go of the distractions,
The worry,
The busyness of the day.
And on that next deep belly inhalation,
Just draw in the energy of divine presence,
Specifically,
Holy Mary,
Mother of Peace.
Just draw in her energy,
Mother of Peace,
So she can awaken you to your peace.
And on the exhalation,
Allow that peace to expand into every fiber of your being.
And I'm going to start with a prayer,
And you can follow along or do your own silently.
Divine Mother,
Heavenly Father,
Great Spirit of the Universe,
And Holy Mary,
Mother of Peace,
Who so graciously volunteered to be here and do this guided meditation for all those who find this,
To be blessed with her peace.
The Mother is with you every moment of every day,
Loving you,
Blessing you with the inner peace that you desire.
And she's asking you to just be open and willing that it's possible,
That peace is possible.
And if you're watching the video,
Just gently open your eyes with relaxed eyes,
Gazing into the image of Holy Mary,
Mother of Peace.
And as you gaze into the image,
Just continue to do that deep belly breathing where it rises with the inhalation and falls with the exhalation.
And if you're listening to this,
Just imagine Mother of Peace in green,
Holding a swirling ball of green and white and yellow lights.
Just focus on the energy of the swirling ball and the image.
And as you gaze into the image,
Whether it's in your mind's eye or the Spirit Guide Portal of Mother of Peace,
With those relaxed eyes,
Just notice,
Is there any movement?
Does a particular color jump out at you?
Are your eyes drawn to a specific place in the image?
And if this happens,
This is Mother of Peace blessing you with a divine message,
A guidance,
Something to pay attention to.
And if not,
No worry,
Mother of Peace is going to guide you through this meditation.
Just continue to focus on the breath and gaze into the image.
And she's asking you at this point,
Bring your hands to prayer position,
To namaste in front of your heart,
Because this opens up your heart to be receptive and to feel the peace,
Your inner peace.
You have to be receptive to have a shift of where your attention goes.
She's asking you to be willing to have this shift of attention.
Just to yourself,
Say,
Mother of Peace,
I'm willing to have a shift.
I'm willing to have a transformation in where my attention is.
And then relax your hands down and relax your eyes closed.
Just envisioning in your mind's eye,
Mother of Peace blessing you,
Actively blessing you with peace.
She's in fact asking you to hold out your hands and she's gonna hand this ball of light that is filled with the blessings of her peace.
She's asking you to receive.
She's asking you,
Are you willing to receive this ball of peace,
This ball of light that is infused with peace?
And if you say yes,
Put your hands out and receive the ball of light filled with her blessings,
Allowing those blessings to enter into your heart,
Into your mind,
Into your solar plexus.
Because often when you don't feel peace,
It disrupts your digestion.
It gives you like butterflies in your tummy.
So she's saying to just bring that ball of light to wherever you feel lack of peace.
Is it in your heart?
Is it in your stomach?
Is it in your mind?
Is your mind agitated and constantly jumping from thing to thing?
Where do you feel that lack of peace in your body?
And she's asking you to hold that ball of light and bring it to wherever that is,
Whether it's your mind,
Your heart,
Your solar plexus,
To just bring it to there and imagine that ball of peace entering into your energy field,
Blessing you with the Holy Mary Mother of peace,
Of her peace,
Of her vibration,
That you can actively have this peace by just choosing where you put your attention.
Now she's asking you to relax down and just be willing to accept the peace,
To feel the peace.
And with each inhalation of your breath,
You're drawing in the energy of peace,
Of connecting with your peace.
And then with each exhalation,
That peace is spread to each little cell and atom in your body,
Mind,
And soul.
The Mother of Peace is saying that in order for you to feel your peace completely,
To awaken to your inner peace,
You have to stand in your power,
Stand in your power that you have the ability to choose and make a choice for your peace,
To stand in your power of the choices you make by choosing what is your truth.
Because she says that peace comes when you act on your truth.
And she's asking you to just be willing,
Willingness is the doorway to peace,
A willingness to make a different choice,
A willingness to do something different,
A willingness to create a new habit,
A new habit of keeping your attention on what brings you peace,
Rather than what brings you worry.
And in this moment,
She's asking you to say,
I choose peace.
I am peace.
I choose peace.
And breathe.
She says to bring your eyes behind closed eyelids,
Just angled slightly up to the point between the eyebrows,
The third eye.
As you affirm,
I am peace.
I choose peace.
I love peace.
Peace is possible.
Peace is here.
And she's blessing you with this peace,
This ability to make that choice,
To do something different,
To let go.
She's wanting me to share with you the reason why she has showed up in the color of all this green is because that's the healing energy,
This green vibration.
And that,
If you want more peace,
You have to be willing to heal.
And healing is about letting go.
And a willingness to heal is about standing in your power to make that choice.
And even if you don't feel like it's possible to just be willing to say,
Maybe,
Maybe.
Just to be open and receptive to the blessings of that ball of light of peace that she gave you.
That that ball of light,
Even after this meditation,
Will be bringing peace to each one of your cells and atoms in your body,
Mind,
And soul.
And if you lose your peace,
Just envision Mother of Peace giving you a new ball of light of peace.
And she's actually saying,
If you have a crystal,
One that speaks to you,
One that really,
When you hold it in your energy,
Brings that peaceful feeling to you to carry that crystal in your pocket or in your purse,
So that any time you see yourself losing your peace,
You hold that crystal as that ball of light and go,
I know peace is here.
And just allow Mother of Peace to bless you with the ability to choose what brings you peace,
To allow the peace to flow,
To flow within you.
And whenever you notice any little tension in your body,
To breathe deeply into that space,
Breathing in space and peace,
Knowing that the tension is a sign that you've moved out of peace and to take a little break,
Moving yourself back into peace.
And she's asking you today to consciously bring this peace forward with you in your day as you leave this meditation.
Peace,
Amen.
So the last thing Mother of Peace wanted me to share with you is for you to really make this a practice.
Remember she said peace is really active,
It's an active process.
So if you want to watch this video again to help you with peace,
Whenever you're feeling out of sorts,
If you're having some anxiety or worry or doubt,
That's one of the great things about technology is you can watch it over and over and listen again and again to help shift you out of any worry,
Doubt,
Anxiety,
Or anything that's making you lose your peace,
To use the tool of Mother of Peace.
She's come on the planet to bless you,
To help you,
And she wants to help you connect with that peace because peace is your point of power.
And that's the thing she wants everybody to understand is that when you have peace,
This is why peace is so important,
Not just because you don't wanna feel nervous and doubtful and feel like,
You know,
Worry and let all that go because that is important,
But it's peace is your point of power.
When you have peace,
You will have clarity on what your next step is,
What you're meant to do.
When you have peace,
You will act on the thing that's true for you.
If you've ever had any feeling of what you wanna do,
Like maybe you have a purpose,
You've been wanting to act on,
But you've been afraid,
When you're in peace,
You'll have more clarity about what that next step is.
All right?
So that's what Mother of Peace is wanting you to do,
Okay?
Oh,
And she's also asking me,
Reminding me,

She's saying that one of the things about stepping into your purpose and why it's so important is it's gonna bring you into alignment so you have peace.
You know,
Peace comes from you actually acting on your truth of what your heart's desire is saying and like consciously connecting with it.
Like you acknowledge that you're having this because you probably get some inklings of,
Oh,
I really wanna do this,
But then those programmings or those shoes or have-tos come in and stop you,
And then that creates lack of peace.
But when you actually act on it,
You're like,
Ah,
Because you're in alignment.
Peace,
That's why she says it's an active process.
You have to actively become aware of what your heart's desire is telling you,
What your spirit guides are telling you,
Your intuitive,
You know,
Like this is my feeling of truth,
My calling,
You have to acknowledge that,
Then you have to act on it.
And we have a lot of have-tos and shoulds that stop you.
And so then you lose more and more peace,
All right?
She wanted that to be the last part that I share with you.
